He Lan felt her temper surge. She grabbed Chi Bo’s ear and snarled, “You told me that there was a lot of work to do in the company, so you were working overtime. So you were hiding here to chat with a woman?! Do you want to die?!”

It was weird to see Chi Bo being so afraid of He Lan. He did not retaliate or complain the entire time. Other than begging for mercy, he did not do anything else.

When He Lan heard him say no, she turned around and looked in the direction of the warehouse door. When Chi Bo saw her turn around, he also looked over and realized that it was Yin Xun.
