Chapter 6: Falling Into The Man’s Bathtub

At this very moment, Luo Zheng received a notification on her mobile phone and she opened it to read the contents while her lips curled into a smirk.

“Zheng, hang in there for a little while more. I’m trying to find Senior Mubai to get him to rescue you!”

The sender was Jiang Xinlei, obviously.

Before Jiang Xinlei could answer, Luo Zheng said wilfully, “If you refuse to come, I’ll have to give up and leave because I can’t take it… ”

If she were to leave, Jiang Xinlei’s agenda would be ruined. Hence, she definitely would agree for the sake of letting her plan proceed!

Of course, Jiang Xinlei hesitated before agreeing. “Okay, wait a minute. Don’t leave. I’ll go accompany you after meeting Senior Mubai.”

She was still lying even until now.

Right from the start, Jiang Xinlei had been loitering around the hotel lobby and never once looked for Xi Mubai!

Luo Zheng answered ‘gratefully’, “Xinlei, thank you. You’re so nice to me!”

Luo Zheng could not be bothered to continue listening anymore. Instead, she immediately ended the call.

She took a deep breath while the effects of the aphrodisiac continued to manifest within her, making her feel warm and uncomfortable like there were ants crawling all over her body.

Luo Zheng walked towards the balcony to take a look.

When she was speaking on the phone, she noticed that the layout of the rooms of the hotel was rather simple and the rooms were adjacent to each other, with just a balcony in between each other… once she climbed over the balcony, she would be able to go to the room next door and escape from there.

This room was her nightmare and she did not wish to stay in there for another minute longer!

Luo Zheng made up her mind and carefully climbed onto the balcony.

She was on the ninth floor and hence, was very high above the ground. She continuously warned herself not to look down while moving herself slowly like a snail.

Finally, she arrived at the room next door.

Staring at the window, she reckoned that there might be someone inside. Luo Zheng wanted to gently knock on the window.

However, the aphrodisiac and the strenuous climbing left her with no energy. As a result, she accidentally stumbled forward and fell inside.

The sounds of water splashing filled the air as she plunged into the tub.

The man who was taking a bath, immediately paused.
