Extremely infuriated, Luo Zheng placed her hands on her waist and glowered at him.

Xi Mubai almost choked and he looked rather embarrassed.

Clearly, he was sparing a thought for her but not only did she not acknowledge his goodwill, she even acted like he was hurting her!

As soon as she finished speaking, she thought about Bo Hancheng’s reaction to her rejection.

She initially thought that he was probably not there and made up her mind to go look for him after settling the administrative procedures for her discharge from the hospital.

He was holding a cigarette between his fingers and the thick fumes of smoke swirled in front of him, covering his face.

Luo Zheng called with a smile.

He cocked his head towards the side to look at her without much of an expression on his handsome face, though he looked a little stern.

Luo Zheng was immediately stunned. Her heart sank and she began tugging her clothes like a child who had misbehaved.

She then slowly made her way forward and approached him in a bid to break the tension. “Brother Cheng, I thought you were angry and had left the hospital! Turns out you’re still here… ”

“Goog guess. I was about to leave.”

He said in a clear and monotonous voice.

However, Luo Zheng froze and was overwhelmed with fear.

At the next instant, he smirked and said coldly, “However, I’ve never liked owing anyone anything. So before I leave, I need to settle some scores with you.”
