The next day, after waking up early and having breakfast, Evan was informed briefly by Leo of what he had been through while they were on the move.

“You mean, this place is really wide.”

Lian looked at Evan in awe. It was too early for him to understand the idea of fatalism that Evan had. Leo saw the two of them, and he grumpily spoke.

“Don’t tell my son weird stuff.”

“It’s decided that we need to fight with the Devil. Do you think that you’re not part of this, Grandpa Leo?”

“I’m satisfied with clashing with the Mahwa Tribe. I’ll leave killing the Devil to you.”

While hearing his words, something suddenly popped up in Evan’s head.

“I realized that the Mahwa Tribe would also be here in the Demon Realm. Perhaps the former self of Rose is also here.”

“I kinda agree. I don’t want to meet with Rose without Bernard at her side.”

Evan couldn’t agree more. But fortunately, Aria settled up the misunderstanding between the two.

Leo spoke with a lukewarm expression.

“Wouldn’t that mean the Mahwa Tribe isn’t putting up their barrier now?”

“That…would be possible. All I heard was that it was during the ancient time when the Mahwa Tribe fell into decline and made their kingdom, and I don’t know the timeline for that. It may be going on as we speak.”

Maybell flung her whip until there were no traces of demons in the area left, then she retrieved it with a sneer.

Evan kept the blood crystals she handed over. The blood crystals once again were absorbed into a singular crystal. It was a rare phenomenon that didn’t happen before. There was also the fact that the blood crystals weren’t dropped everywhere. However, the absorption amongst the blood crystals that still had the greedy nature of the dead demons was due to the effect of the Demon Realm environment.

“By the way, I didn’t know that succubae were popular. Wouldn’t you be attracting more demons if we pass through like this?”

“I’m sorry, everyone. The pheromone of the succubus is effective to humans, but it works too well towards the demons…”
