When Tang Tang woke up the next day, she noticed that the weather was not great. The sky was dark, and the temperature was much colder than yesterday. The harsh wind made people shiver. It seemed like it was going to rain.

Tang Tang hurriedly went to put thicker clothes on Ji Xiao Zhuo. She even put thicker socks on him. Then she made some ginger tea and filled in the thermos flask, so he could drink it at school to prevent him from catching a cold. Small children get sick easily during the seasons’ change.

Tang Tang rushed to the bathroom for a hot shower and felt much better afterward. She went to take a look at the children and saw them both sitting on the carpet playing with a toy. Ji Xiao Zhuo was dismantling the toy while Wen Nuo watched him quietly. Once Ji Xiao Zhuo finished dismantling the toy, he pushed all the pieces towards the little girl. That’s when Wen Nuo started to move. She picked up the pieces and started to put them back together.

Tang Tang smiled. She went to bring some snacks out for the children to eat before entering the kitchen to make dinner. When dinner was ready, the children were still playing happily. The previous toy was put back together again, and they had switched to another toy to build.

The little girl was usually very slow, but unexpectedly, she was very quick at piecing the toy back together. It was like she didn’t need to think about it at all and kept picking up piece after piece to build the toy. She looked very serious and focused.
