Gu Chaoyan frowned involuntarily.

What on earth was wrong with this man? A few words to share with her? What could he talk with her about?

As he thought about this, he realized that only Chaoyan had treated him nicely. When he said that he liked warm steamed buns, she would put the steamed buns in her arms, giving them warmth despite the extreme heat. She never brought out the steamed buns, fearing that they would get cold. And when he asked her to jump into the lake, she did that without hesitation.

However, now Chaoyan seemed to have changed. She seemed to have become extremely pretty. She looked very cute despite the slight chubbiness.

She might not be as pretty as Ruxue, yet compared to the old version of her, she was so much prettier.

Lu Jiming felt that he seemed to be capable of accepting Gu Chaoyan after all. If she could become his Princess Consort, he would be very glad.

“Chaoyan, be my Princess Consort!” Lu Jiming said resolutely. This time, Lu Jiming felt that he was being honest.
