“CEO Yuan, your coffee!” Liu Jing broke the silence when she entered the office holding two cups of coffee.

She took a cup of coffee from Liu Jing and said softly, “Thank you.”

Yuan Xuan raised his head and seemed to have just noticed that there was someone else in the office.

Liu Jing placed the cup of coffee, turned around and left.

Yuan Xuan relaxed and tasted the coffee. He then turned a sharp gaze towards Yan Pianran and said quietly, “Miss Yan, I have a wife!”

Yan Pianran was dumbfounded. She could not comprehend what he meant!

She only understood what he said after taking a moment to think. This was a direct rejection from him. Before she could open her mouth, Yuan Xuan continued.

“I know you came here because of my grandmother. I’m sorry, but my wife is Mu Chenyan!”

Yuan Xuan leaned against the chair lightly. He did not beat around the bush and had never liked to play games. After all, it was better if he was direct.

Yan Pianran listened to him quietly and did not interrupt. Once Yuan Xuan finished talking, he had a ‘help yourself out’ look on his face. She smiled, pointed at the chair in front of Yuan Xuan and asked, “Can we sit down and talk about it?”
