Chapter 185 - No Reluctance At All

The base camp was not very big. On the northernmost side of the training ground laid a row of tile-roofed houses. Those were the instructors' office and their dormitory.

Ye Qiao found the office.

Instructor Peng was just about to go to the cafeteria when he saw Ye Qiao. "Ye Qiao, the materials are all with Instructor Lu! He's in the east end of the dorm rooms!"

Ye Qiao walked towards the easternmost room immediately, and the door was left open. Before arriving at the door, her heart began pounding!

When she arrived at the door, Instructor Lu was sitting in front of a table and writing something.

Behind him was a simple, tidy bed. The blanket was folded into a perfect tofu shape. Beside the window, there was a table with a teapot and a kettle.

"Sir!" Ye Qiao stood at the door and greeted Instructor Lu respectfully. However, he did not even look up and kept his view on the table.

His pen stopped moving, but he still did not look up. "Come in!"

The girl entered the room and carried with her a fresh shampoo scent…

"Instructor Lu! Instructor Peng asked me to collect the materials here!" Seeing that he was still writing, Ye Qiao reported loudly again.

Then, she saw the two stacks of documents on the upper left corner of his desk and asked, "Are these the documents?"

She picked up the documents. They were still using inkjet printing at the time. One document had lyrics, and the other was a timetable for their training.

"Yes!" Instructor Lu continued writing.

He seemed to have showered too and smelled like fresh grass, clean and refreshing.

Nonetheless, he was still ignoring her…

"Instructor Lu, if there's nothing else, I'll leave first!" Ye Qiao said loudly and walked towards the door with the documents.

'1, 2, 3…' Ye Qiao walked towards the door while counting how many seconds he could last!

She had already arrived at the door, and her foot almost stepped out of the door.

"Ah---" Ye Qiao exclaimed.

His strong arm held her waist, and her body was pulled back into the room. After taking two big steps backward, the door slammed shut and was locked.

She exclaimed again, but by that time, he had blocked her between him and the wall.

Meanwhile, the documents fell all over the floor.

It was clear to Ye Qiao that his fresh scent was overwhelmed by the smell of his strong hormones while his handsome face leaned towards her.

When they arrived at the cafeteria, the students had already finished their meals. Only a few instructors stayed behind. Ye Qiao was holding the documents, and Lu Beixiao took her food for her.

Ye Qiao wanted to conceal their relationship, so she walked towards the instructors and sat next to them. The instructors greeted Lu Beixiao and asked, "Instructor Lu, do you know Ye Qiao?"

Lu Beixiao kept a cold face.

"Hello, Sir! I grew up in the same neighborhood as Instructor Lu; we are old neighbors!" Ye Qiao laughed and answered quickly.

"Yoyoyo! That's why!" The instructor laughed and then asked, "Ye Qiao, how's the training? Are you coping well?"

Who would not want to talk with such a pretty girl?

"Sir, I am doing fine! However, a lot of the students are complaining since it's our first day. When we were in high school, we were all nerds and hardly exercised. Nevertheless, it should get better after a few days once we get used to..."

Before Ye Qiao could finish her enthusiastic response, Instructor Lu kicked her from under the table.

He turned around and looked at the other instructors who were smiling at Ye Qiao and asked, "Have you guys finished your meal?"

"Yeah!" They smiled and answered.

Instructor Lu's expression was signaling to them, 'Then, why are you here?'

Sensing Instructor Lu's hostility, the smarter instructors immediately stood up and asked the others to leave. The less sensitive ones laughed and said goodbye.

"They're all blind!" Could they not tell that they are a couple? Did he need to make it any clearer?

"Why are you laughing!? Don't you dare talk to them!" Her petty boyfriend rolled his eyes at her.

"Didn't you say you were hungry? Why aren't you eating?" Then, he put a huge piece of meat into her bowl.

"This is not enough, isn't it? After the training, I'll bring you for a good meal!"

"..." Ye Qiao rolled her eyes and bit the lean meat. Then, she threw the fats into his bowl.. He ate them with no reluctance at all.
