Chapter 3613 High Sovereign

I looked at the unmoving core with the bated breath, as the most difficult step would begin soon.

However, this time, I hope, it will be safer. I have been practicing Talaras constitution for it and I really hope it will bring me the benefits, I have read in the books and with the tests; I have done it.

That method turned out to be better than I had thought.

I don't mind it being faster, I only need it to be safer and the method seemed to have been helping me with that.

Finally, the merging is finished and if the clock in front of me is right, then it took me fifty-seven minutes. I wanted to collapse, but the breakthrough isn't finished yet.

Not that my changing the position is going to affect the breakthrough, but I still decided to not do that.

It is a sacred process, and I want to finish it with dignity.

For a minute, the core remained unchanging, before the consolidation began.

Talaras Constitution had helped with my merging. I hope it will help me with the consolidation as well.

A minute passed and a thin layer of solid appeared on the core and with every passing minute, it began to get more and more solid.

I watched for any instability and I had detected it faintly, but it had not reached high enough to create the crack and the pore. I kept watching for it, for thirteen minutes, but not a single crack appeared, while the consolidation was finished.

Seeing that, the biggest smile appeared on my face.

The breakthrough has gone much better than I had expected. It couldn't help, but make me feel relieved for my future breakthroughs; especially big breakthroughs, which are extremely dangerous.

I looked at the core. It looked more beautiful.

At every breakthrough, it becomes more worldlike; I felt like it might become a real world.

For a second, there was nothing, before the core stone and the runes came out and started spreading into the deepest part of my body fast.

In less than a minute, they have spread into every corner of my body.

A moment after that, I heard the sound that I had been waiting to hear.

Powerful breakthrough energies came down from the chains and started to fill my body, which seemed to be famished, as it began to absorb everything that came at it.

I felt my strength rising rapidly, faster than I could keep count.

The energy was really powerful and seeing it, I could already tell that it was going to take my power to a completely different height.

Minutes passed, and finally, my body and soul had absorbed the last drop of breakthrough energy. Taking me to the High level of the Sovereign Stage.

"This power," I said and put my fingers into a fist.

If I had this power during the battle in the realm; there is nobody other than Sky Sovereigns would be able to harm me. Even those who could take the blows from the Sky Sovereigns wouldn't be able to kill me.

It is a great power, but I am far from being unmatched in the Earth Sovereign.

I know very well how people could jump to a level; I am a prime example of that. If I think of myself as invisible on the Earth-Sovereign, I will end up dying very soon.

Still, this power is considerable, and average Sky Sovereigns of every level are no match for me.

I would kill them in a single attack.

It took me a while to control my emotions when I did, I entered my core.

The changes happening in the space had become stable and energy denser. The alter of merging also becomes denser and feeling, I am getting form much more stable than before.

I would now continue to practice my methods and work on the inheritance.

Speaking of inheritance, it is time I make the ninth clone. The last clone of this stage.

I didn't waste any time and went to the place to the place where all the preparations had already been made. I sat down on it and soon a few seconds later; the runes began to come out of my temple and entered in a lotus in my hand.

When I woke up, there was a ninth clone in front of me.

Soon, I delegated the duties to the clones, and they disappeared. There wasn't much change in their duties, aside from that now, there will be five clones working on the inheritance.

I would have very much liked to have a separate clone for the culinary and healing, but inheritance takes time to create.

For one and half months, I had delegated duties of artifice and alchemy to a silver clone and a freed clone went on to work on inheritance.

Other things are also important, but so is inheritance. If I had been using normal runes only for inheritance; four clones would have been more than enough, but the ancient runes make the matter more complicated.

I do not regret using the ancient runes. It is the thing I am most proud of.

This time, I was able to use more ancient rune, than the last time, despite the increasing difficulty.

Now, I really wish to fight someone, but I controlled that urge. I will get the chance soon.

I have made a breakthrough. Now there is nothing stopping me from the doing the missions and I already know what kind of missions I want to do.
