Chapter 1505: Stan, The Devil King

And that was the Wind Thunder Crest Wang Yu wore on his chest which added both wind and thunder attributes.

The Wind Thunder Crest was a special item which Wang Yu attained from a quest. Compared to any equipment on Wang Yu, it was no less precious nor less rare than them.

It was surprising that this bronze ring added both darkness and fire attributes.

“You can have this equipment!”

Wang Yu casually threw the equipment to Meng Xi and she did not reject it, putting it on her hand immediately.

Afterwards, the two of them carefully walked to the altar.

However, once they stepped up onto the altar, suddenly, the black gemstone on it lit up.

At the same time, the cave’s space began to bend and a space crack appeared above the black gemstone.

A sharp voice came out from the space crack.

“Who is it that is summoning me, the Great Devil King, Stan!”

Following the sharp yell, a pair of claws with sharp fingernails reached out to tear open the space crack. Then, an odd-looking demon crawled out of it.

“Haha.” Wang Yu tried to suppress his laughter and said, “Serious, serious!”

After being ridiculed by Wang Yu, Stan was infuriated and loudly yelled, “Lowly pest, how dare you mock the great Stan?”

“What is he saying?” Wang Yu asked Meng Xi curiously.

No one knew what the game designer was thinking. It was fine that there was no simultaneous translation amongst players but even between a player and a BOSS, they had to endure language differences. Especially to Wang Yu who was uneducated, he thought the BOSS was rapping.

Meng Xi awkwardly translated Stan’s words for Wang Yu.

“Pfft!”

Wang Yu could not hold his laughter.

“Is it very funny?” Meng Xi was puzzled as she did not get how those words were funny.

“He is actually called shit-dan…” Wang Yu could not hold back.

Meng Xi, “…”

What a gross thing to laugh about.

“How dare you ignore me?!”

Seeing how Wang Yu was not only not afraid of him, and was even chatting with someone else, Stan was angered again.

Meng Xi was annoyed being Wang Yu’s translator so she said, “He said you are an idiot with no brains.”

“Haha! He knows how to insult?” Wang Yu smiled and walked over.

“You! Don’t come over!” Seeing Wang Yu walk over, Stan quickly stepped back but Wang Yu ignored him and picked up a fist to hit him.

Stan was exactly what Wang Yu thought of him to be. He looked weird, had a weird name and was basically a weirdo, and once Wang Yu made a few moves, he was lying flat on the ground.

Just as Wang Yu and Meng Xi were roaming around the dark crevice, Scarlet Cloud led her people to the dark crevice’s entrance.

Scarlet Cloud was hesitating if she should send an Assassin in to take a look but suddenly, a bush nearby moved.

“Who is there?”

Scarlet Cloud saw that and waved her staff at it and a ball of flames landed on the bush.

“Boom!”

The flame blast opened upon landing and exposed an Assassin.

The rest saw that there was an Assassin so they quickly moved into formation and stabbed a True Eye into the ground. At the same time, A Thousand Old Blossom’s true self was exposed.

“F*ck!” A Thousand Old Blossoms saw that he had nowhere to run and cursed to himself, “I should have left just now and not joined in in the ‘fun’.”

Scarlet Cloud, however, was surprised to see the crest on A Thousand Old Blossoms’ chest and used her mediocre Chinese to ask, “You are from Ancient Empire?”

“?” A Thousand Old Blossoms looked down at the crest on his chest puzzledly then quickly replied, “Yes, want to try killing me?”

Ancient Empire was the largest guild of the national server so naturally, it was extremely strong. Although they did not like to get into trouble, they were still feared in Forgotten City. Regardless of how territorial the European server’s players were, once they saw the Ancient Empire’s crest, they would rethink about fighting.

The crest A Thousand Old Blossoms was wearing was a fake Ancient Empire crest which he made himself but Scarlet Cloud thought he was one of their players. Naturally, she did not dare to hit him. However, due to his arrogance, she unhappily ordered her subordinates to catch him then sent a message to Skeleton King.

“Leader, these three people are really Ancient Empire’s players. Two of them have already entered the dark crevice.”

“Oh? Ancient Empire’s players are so arrogant?” Skeleton King asked in surprise.

“Yes,” Scarlet Cloud said, “We caught an Ancient Empire player who is very arrogant. Do we kill him?”

“No need to!” Skeleton King snarled, “If you kill him, won’t Ancient Empire have a reason to attack us? Throw him into the dark crevice and let him experience the Devil King Stan’s greatness.”

Scarlet Cloud nodded then signalled to her subordinates. A few of them then dragged A Thousand Old Blossoms to the dark crevice’s entrance and forcefully threw him in.

However, just then, a system notification sounded throughout Forgotten City.

“The Devil King Stan has been killed by a warrior in Forgotten City! The tumultuous dark crevice has finally regained its peace.”
