Was the system trying to smash them dead? That did not make any sense either.

When all of them were relieved at their narrow escape from death, a voice came from the huge rock.

All of them looked over and saw the rock tremble.

Another creepy noise sounded off and the rock split into half, revealing four limbs.

The stone clenched its fists and a head popped out as well.

After the head appeared, the huge rock pressed its hands on the ground and jumped, landing not far away from Wang Yu and shouted, “Who are you guys to come create trouble at Inferno Palace?”

The BOSS in games always had lousy lines.

F*ck, wasn’t completing dungeon quests normal? He made it seem like he would know who the intruders were if they really told him their identities.

Of course, these introductory scenes were required to prepare the players for battle and to give some respect to the BOSS. The most important reason for that was to increase the word count for authors.

F*ck! This was the legitimate Level 70 Obsidian Elite BOSS. Whether it was the attributes or appearance, he already seemed much than the clone at the mining area.

While all of them were still in awe, Hell Lava had already finished reading his introductory speech. This fella might be slow in speaking but his actions were swift. He roared and his huge fist came around with fire all around it.

Hell Lava was three metres in height and his fist was a little larger than the player’s heads. If the fist hit their heads, all of them might be half-dead.

Crotch Lord went forward and raised his shield up high and shielded everyone.

“Dong!”

Hell Lava’s punch landed right on Crotch Lord’s shield and it created a loud bang.

The Shield of God’s hinder value decreased all the way and Crotch Lord was frightened into moving back.

“F*ck!!”

Hell Lava’s punch made Crotch Lord break into a cold sweat.

Crotch Lord knew better than anyone about how strong the attributes of Shield of God were. Without considering the attributes, the four hinder bars were Crotch Lord’s means of survival. The Shield of God could even protect Crotch Lord from attacks by more than 10 players, hence Crotch Lord had expected it to be able to withstand a BOSS’s attack as well. However, he did not expect the shield to be useless after a single punch from the BOSS.

When the shield’s hinder value got diminished, it would have to rely on its durability… When its durability got diminished, this shield would be destroyed completely.

The Shield of God was a God-grade equipment, hence there would not be a second Shield of God after it was destroyed. If the shield suffered another hit, Crotch Lord would have to do nothing but cry.

At the thought of that, Crotch Lord kept his shield.

If it were to be Crotch Lord’s other equipment, he would not even blink if they got destroyed, but not for the Shield of God. That shield was even more important than his life.

Hell Lava paused after he realised that he did not kill Crotch Lord with a single punch of his so he threw a second punch right after.

Fearless screamed, “Everyone, move back! Freeze him, Raksha! We can’t hold on for any longer!”

The shield’s hinder value was not going to replenish itself so quickly. It would take at least 15 seconds for a God-grade equipment to recover completely.

After realising how powerful was Hell Lava’s attacks, Crotch Lord would definitely not bring his weapon out before it recovered. Fearless knew Crotch Lord’s consideration and ordered everyone to move back.

Seeing Fearless and Crotch Lord’s terrified expressions, Kingdom of Hell’s players started looking down upon both of them.

Which experts would become this terrified after getting hit only once by a BOSS? That was so embarrassing. The Kingdom of Hell players felt very unjust after realising that they lost to this bunch of losers.

Just as Crotch Lord was about to be killed by the punch, God of Death’s Left Hand gave a command to Asura.

God of Death’s intentions were very obvious, he was trying to say that there was no such thing as retreating in battles. He wanted to prove that they could do whatever Quan Zhen Sect could not.

Asura understood God of Death’s Left Hand’s intentions and raised his shield in front of Crotch Lord.

“Grief!”

Fearless and Crotch Lord let out a sigh.

“Boom!” “Boom!”

Hell Lava’s punch landed straight through Asura’s shield.

“Hua la…”

The shield shattered into pieces after the impact from the punch and Asura got pushed back, crashing into the gate behind everyone and his HP decreased by half.

Kingdom of Hell players’ jaws dropped upon witnessing what had happened.

Crotch Lord was not from Kingdom of Hell and they were not familiar with his abilities, but they knew Asura’s abilities very well.

Although the shield of a Holy Knight was not as strong and sturdy as the ones from a Guardian, Holy Knights had the greatest defence among all the heavily armed jobs. Their defence would be boosted when they activated their protective Halo and was considered as a “Steel Board” in the game.

Not only so, Asura was a professional expert and his weapons were not weak at all. After turning into a shield, its defence ability was not any weaker than the ones that Guardians had. How destructive would Hell Lava’s attacks be if it could nearly destroy the shield and his life with a single punch?
