Chapter 458 “The Hypothetical Relationship between Feng Shen and Wu Chong”

In that instant where she turned around to confront that voice, Ling Yue actually had the illusion that she was facing Wu Chong instead. Fortunately that only lasted for brief a second.

“The name’s Yan Jiu, I am the Lord of this Underground City,” the man introduces himself.

Though this person also wore a mask similar to that hateful person, it’s a definite he’s not Wu Chong. The Ghost Emperor would never talk in such a manner. Furthermore, she can’t even associate this individual with the pleasant voice to the rude and unreasonable person, the attitude was the polar opposite.

However, not everyone here was taking that friendly reception all that well. To the old monster, the friendlier this masked person was to them, the more unnerved he became. It’s not that he’s mistaking a good deed for evil, just that he knows full well how frightening Yin Jiu truly can be.

Now this was quite surprising for this man. To see how quickly and calm the response was from the girl in light of having her face ruined, Yan Jiu’s opinion of this “one” definitely improved somewhat. Make no mistake though, neither of them have forgotten the reason why they are in this predicament.

He’s been executed as well as his entire family, does such result appease Miss?” Yan Jiu’s explanation instantly causes those present to turn white. One for the fact that the shorty was killed, the second being how quickly they worked.
