Meanwhile back in a corner of the high level area, Ling Yue and Jin Wu Monster had just come out of the shadows in order to avoid detection.

“Hey Chief, do you know that young lord of the Heatless Sect or something, why must we hide ourselves just now?” The old monster asks, wondering why the girl would be so hesitant to show herself.

The Heartless Sect may not be comparable to the three great Schools but that doesn’t mean they aren’t a first-rate entity within the underground world. Therefore, originally the senior had wanted to introduce the pair so they can build up a connection because the Ghost Sect was still considered a power within the shadows.

“Mhmm, we had a brief encounter in the past. But this is not the time to meet him just yet so leave it be.” If it’s not a last resort then Ling Yue would prefer to abstain herself from dealing with the members of the dark forces.
