Chapter 351 - Glaze and Land

In the Coldland's Hospital.

There was tension in the air.

One man was lying on the ground with a trail of blood leaking through his pants.

Another man, who had a lot of similarities with him, was standing without moving an inch.

Two other individuals had a lot of similarities between themselves.

A middle-aged woman with beautiful black hair was trying to stand up but had to grab her waist, where a piercing pain was located.

Another one was a young woman with similar black hair, shabby clothes, and an emotionless face.

''Y-You won't get away with this!'' Li screamed on the ground after getting over the initial shock of losing his future.

''Stop crying.'' Azura said with a cold tone, ''You are in hospital, get it fixed… Well, if it can be fixed.''

Li felt like crying.

He had never faced such humiliation, and he knows perfectly well that nothing can fix that.

''Lo… What the fuck are you doing?!'' Li screamed and glared at his partner with hate, ''Kill her! Kill, kill, kill, kill!''

Lo gulped, 'We weren't supposed to be here first place… Shit, I shouldn't have listened to that shithead. We will get a promotion he said… If the fact that we started beating up a young man who is in a coma gets out, we won't get only fired. We will be prisoned!'

His gaze landed on Azura and hatefully glared at her, 'If this gets on the court, she can say that it's self-defense and it is very valid… Fuck.' He scratched his neck until scratching marks appeared all the way from his chin to his collarbone.

'What to do…' He rubbed his forehead, but then he made a decision, 'Even if we get fired… It doesn't matter as long we won't be sent to jail.'

''Do something!!!'' Li kept squirming around, trying to stop the pain, but nothing worked.

'Shut the fuck up, fool!' Lo screamed inwardly and almost smashed Li's head into meat paste, 'I need to call my superiors… They know what to do.'

He made his decision and was fine with getting fired, but he won't go to prison.

Lo grabbed Li from his arm and forcefully pulled him up.

''Oww!'' Li kept screaming and was soon dragged away by Lo.

But before that, he hatefully turned around to look at Azura's emotionless face, but then a chill ran down his back.

It was like Azura exactly knew what he was planning to do but didn't care.

Lo gulped and left the hospital room with Li.

''Azura, are you fine?'' Alena asked with pain in her tone.

Azura nodded and turned around to see her mother, ''I will get the doctor.''

''Ah, wait!'' Her mother shouted, but she had already left the room.

Her movements seemed sluggish as she walked in the corridors.

Soon, she found a doctor and talked about her mother having a sudden pain in her waist.

During all that time, her face didn't have any emotion, which creeped the doctor out, but he listened closely and soon left towards Aether's hospital room.

Azura didn't return, instead sat down on a nearby chair and looked outside the window towards the bright blue sky.

'There were rumors about a large thunderstorm in Damio…' She thought to herself, 'It must have been dad… This means my Ichiro must be there as well…'

Even though she looked emotionless like a doll, Azura still had her own rationality, 'I must go find him… At least… His corpse.' She instantly wiped the teardrops that were starting to form around her eyes.

Soon, she saw how another snowstorm was about to start forming outside the hospital, which made her enraged.

The planes won't leave with snowstorms, which makes it impossible for her to go anywhere.

'What should I do…' She started biting her fingernail and had thoughts about walking to another city because not even taxis would leave the city.

The roads will be filled with snow, and the visibility will be awful.

It would be even more dangerous to go on foot, but she didn't care about the dangerous aspect of her journey.

She made up her mind and decided to go on a journey towards a nearby city called Glazeland.

Inside Flight 447

It was the calm before the storm.

''Flight Control.'' Lucas had been trying to contact Flight Control past hour but received no reply.

''What does this button do?'' Ichiro asked and pressed a small blue button without waiting for a reply.

''Ah, don't touch!'' Lucas slapped his hand away and quickly pressed the blue button again, ''You almost made us lose all of our fuel.''

''Oops.'' Ichiro decided to stop playing around with shiny buttons and concentrated on the radar.

''Sigh…'' Lucas sighed and tried with frustration to contact the Flight Control, ''Flight Control, please answer.''

''Is Summerlight's Flight Control part of Government?'' Ichiro asked nonchalantly.

''Ah, yes.'' Lucas replied, ''Whole company is actually.''

''Mm, stop trying to contact them, you won't get an answer,'' Ichiro said and was about to look away from the radar, but then a dot suddenly appeared.

Finally, one dot, two dots, a third dot appeared on the radar.

Lucas paled and pressed a button in front of him, ''Dear passengers, brace for impact!''

''Fuck!'' Rick screamed behind them and put his belt on, ''Those motherfuckers!''

Ichiro once again untied his shoes and put them away.

Touching the floor with his bare feet, there was a sizeable dent on it, but Ichiro was sure that it could handle more.

*Knock* *Knock*

A knocking came from the cockpit's door.

Rick took off the belt and stood up to open the door.

Once he opened it, he saw Bonney and her pale face, while a few screams rang in his ears, coming from the scared passengers.

''Can I sit here?'' She asked anxiously and wanted to see how the black-haired youth managed to save them previously.

But, there was a danger that everyone in the cockpit would be the first ones to die if something went sideways, but she had a hunch that they would die no matter where she was on the plane.

''Of course.'' Rick let her enter and returned to his seat.

Bonney sat in the seat in front of Rick and put the belt on.

She turned his head towards Ichiro and saw him touching the floor with a concentrated expression.
