Chapter 119: Snowland.

Snowland.

It is a city filled with snow as expected. It is even more snowy compared to Coldland, which is mostly cold.

The city's surroundings are massive snowy mountains, and there are only 3 routes to get into Snowland.

There are 2 metal bridges that are going through the snowy mountains.

And then there is third… A train.

Train tracks are going through the mountains as well.

With a plane, you can't get into Snowland.

You would have to land in the nearby city and drive with a car or go by train to get into Snowland.

The Snowland itself is a beautiful city.

The snow on the ground is coloring the ground nicely, making the city the City of White.

Snowland isn't the biggest city, but it is definitely one of the most beautiful ones.

And there is also one unique thing about Snowland.

There is no Underworld.

Snowland is not in a good spot for Underworld to make money.

Underworld can't do business because even getting there is difficult; that's why Snowland has the lowest crime rate in the entire Winterlight.

But there is also one more thing which makes business there extremely difficult.

The Mayor of Snowland is Martial Monarch…

There is Rankless Monarch in Underworld as well, but it is not worth fighting over Snowland.

In the middle of Snowland.

A majestic-looking Stadium was seen.

In Ramu, the Stadium didn't have a ceiling, but this one has.

The Stadium was also much larger than in Ramu.

The Stadium is definitely the largest building in Snowland, taking a significant portion of the Center of Snowland.

But it is the crown jewel of Snowland.

Once, the World Championships were held here.

Everyone remembers that tournament. The snowy land and mountains gave a big impression on everyone.

But the Stadium lights have been closed for 10 years.

But now… The Stadium lights lit up!

First time in 10 years, a tournament was held in Snowland.

The Battle of Cities of Winterlight!

The lights instantly illuminated the snowy city.

The citizens admired the scene and felt slightly emotional.

Most of their childhood memories had been about the majestic tournaments held in Snowland, but unluckily there haven't been any tournaments for 10 years.

In the middle of the Stadium… A man was standing.

He had short blond hair with a neat-looking beard. He had a slightly aged face, but his muscular figure gave him a vibe that he was still a man in his prime.

This man is Snowland's Mayor, The Martial Monarch - Irwin.

He is Rank 245th in Martial Monarch Rankings!

''Sir.'' A man with a black suit bowed behind him.

''Is everything ready?'' Irwin asked with his powerful voice.

''Yes, sir. The preparations are ready.''

''Good…'' Irwin nodded, ''This is the first tournament in Snowland since 10 years ago… This must be a success, do you understand?''

''Understood!'' The man with the black suit bowed and disappeared.

Irwin smiled and looked at the spacious Stadium.

There were 20 different Arena's, with a massive Center Arena in the middle of the Stadium.

It was built specially for this tournament.

The previous tournament was World Championship.

Back then, there weren't even arena's.

The whole stadium was the battlefield.

But the spectators were safe. There was a massive bubble around the battlefield which limited the damage.

That bubble is what is used in the prisons where there are beings above Martial Monarch.

''It's been a long time…'' Irwin was getting emotional.

He started his Professional Journey in Snowland.

18 Years Ago…

A College Championships were held here.

Irwin and his team managed to get Top 4, barely missing from the final spot, but it was still a memory which Irwin will never forget.

It happened when Irwin was in his last year in College.

And the last year of College is very special; it will be last year before you enter the professional stage, and him getting Top 4 in the Championship made his future very promising.

But… Unfortunately, he only stayed 2 years in the professional stage and had to retire early.

Irwin regretted retiring at first, but not anymore.

''Daddy?'' A sweet sound came behind him.

Irwin turned his head and smiled gently, ''Alice? What are you doing here?''

A beautiful young woman in her 18s walked towards Irwin with a sweet smile. She had long black hair and delicate eyebrows, cute pointy ears, and a nose. Her body was athletic-looking with small breasts. She is Irwin's daughter, Alice.

''I wanted to see the stadium as well… I will be fighting here after all.'' Alice said and looked around the stadium with sparkling eyes.

Irwin chuckled and patted her head, ''There are only a few days before the tournament starts… How are your teammates?''

Alice proudly pushed her chest forward, ''We will definitely win!''

Irwin chuckled, ''That would be indeed a sight to behold… But I heard rumors of Coldland's High School of Fighting being extremely strong this year.''

''Hmph.'' Alice pouted, ''They are always strong, but so are we!''

Irwin smiled proudly, ''Shall we leave?''

Alice took another look towards the stadium and nodded, ''Yup. I am hungry; let's go eat pizza!''

Irwin chuckled and patted her head, ''Sure, princess.''

They left the Stadium, and the snowy lands of Snowland assaulted their vision.

A certain bus reached a hotel in Snowland.

On top of the hotel, a majestic-looking text was shown.

Giron was the first one to leave the bus, followed by Four Kings and Richard.

They walked inside the hotel and went straight to the receptionist.

''High School of Fighting,'' Giron said simply and showed a card.

The receptionist widened her eyes, she quickly bowed, ''Welcome to Snowland!''

She then quickly took 6 keys and gave them to Giron.

Giron nodded and gave everyone a key.

''Tournament will start in 2 days, rest well.'' He said and left towards the elevator.

Everyone nodded.

Four Kings and Richard were about to leave for their rooms, but then an annoying sound came from the entrance of the Hotel.

''Waah, mighty High School of Fighting decided to bless us with their presence.'' A young man with slightly longer blond hair said with a mocking face.

Behind him, a group of 10 was standing with a similar outfit.

Four Kings turned their heads with questioning expressions.

While Richard left them behind, not minding the morons in the entrance.

The young man with blond hair gritted his teeth, ''Richard, right?!''

Richard entered the elevator and pressed a button.

The doors slowly closed, and the last thing Richard saw was the blond-haired young man's annoying face.

''Pfft…'' Ichiro tried to control his laughter.

Michael elbowed his waist, but he also had an amused face.

''GRR!'' The blond-haired young man turned his bloodshot eyes towards Ichiro.

''DO YOU KNOW WHO THE FUCK I AM, YOU PEASANT?!'' The young man screeched.

Ichiro pondered, ''Are you perhaps… My long-lost sister?!'' His face turned into shock, and then tiny teardrops appeared on the corner of his eyes.

''Pfft!'' Michael couldn't control his laughter.

Sariel and Rafael bit their lips, trying not to laugh.

The young man's face went red in anger.

''ARRGGHH!'' The young man roared and leaped towards Ichiro.
