“Ah?” A wolf demoness cutely smiled when she heard those words. “No way, right?”

The sound of their laughter was extremely grating. Ruan Qiuqiu tightly pressed her lips together. She wanted to erupt in anger, but reason told her that she couldn’t. At least, now wasn’t the time to get angry.

“You seem very angry?” Looking at Ruan Qiuqiu’s increasingly unpleasant expression, the young wolf demon raised his eyebrows. “We’re just telling the truth.”

There was anger in his voice, and his expression gradually became more worked up as he said, “That gray wolf is crippled and can’t hunt. This human was thinner than the humans in the tribe that were raised with delicious food. She was wrapped up in tattered animal skins. Although she looked weak, her gaze was firm.

As Xie Yu stared at Ruan Qiuqiu’s fairly fair-skinned face, his lips slightly curved up. He softened his tone as he said, “You look quite pretty to me. Why is your taste so bad to like that gray wolf though? I’m much more handsome than him, and my body is good too. How about this?
