Chapter 138: Were You Out There Making Babies?

Two pairs of identical big eyes turned to look at him as their owners’ heads tilted at the same exact angle.

Mu Yichen stomached all of his depression at once.

Sigh, he genuinely felt defeated by them.

The little dumpling seemed to have finally noticed her daddy. She stared at him and suddenly said loudly, “Daddy, weren’t you out there making babies with big sister? Where are Tang Tang’s little brothers and sisters?”

“Cough, Cough! Cough, Cough!”

It was Luo Chenxi’s turn to cough this time.

Just how deep was the little dumpling’s obsession with her younger brothers and sisters? How did the conversation get dragged into this topic again?

“There’s no such thing, Tang Tang. Big sister only went out for work today, your daddy just happened to pick me up on his way back. It’s nothing like what you’re thinking!”

Mu Yiling let out a long breath of relief and looked at Luo Chenxi with gratitude. “Sister, as expected of you! Big brother usually listens to no one, you are the only person capable of convincing him. Poor me! As the younger brother, my place in the house is just getting lower and lower.”

Luo Chenxi laughed dryly. “Second Young Master, you’re overthinking it.”

She really did not think that a man who threw gloomy looks at her everyday would listen to her.

Today was definitely a coincidence.

“Big sister? Did Tang Tang say something wrong?”

Suddenly, the little dumpling tugged on Luo Chenxi’s skirt and said with a puzzled face.
