Men and Women Should Avoid Arousing Suspicion

Su Ying raised her head and saw Ji being carried by a giant ape.

Ji was so frightened that he kept screaming.

“Ji!” Su Ying picked Ling up and threw a stone at the monkey.

“Squeak!”

The stone brushed past the ape’s head, causing it to cry angrily. It carried Ji and turned around to jump onto another tree.

Su Ying was also in a rage. She carried Ling and chased the ape under the trees. The ape squeaked as if it was teasing her. It kept jumping back and forth among the trees, scaring Ji so much that his throat was hoarse from screaming.

“Animal!”

Su Ying gritted her teeth and took out a tranquilizer gun. She aimed it at the ape and fired.

The ape was extraordinarily cunning and leaped to avoid the tranquilizer.

Su Ying was utterly enraged. She took a vine from the side and tied Ling to her body. Then, she quickly climbed up a tree and activated the Infinite Strength Bracelet. She leaped among the trees.

When the ape saw that Su Ying was catching up to him so quickly, it seemed provoked and threw Ji off the tree!

“Ji!” Su Ying’s pupils shrank. She jumped towards Ji like a mad woman and caught him in her arms.

She landed on her back to avoid hurting the children at the high falling speed. Then, she rolled on the ground for a long time before stabilizing herself.

Su Ying steadied herself and quickly looked at Ji. “Ji, are you alright?”

Ji was already scared out of his wits when he was thrown. After hearing Su Ying’s voice, his bright eyes started to focus.

Su Ying’s heart broke when she heard Ji’s hoarse cries.

“Squeak!”

On the tree, the monkey seemed to be laughing at her as it jumped on the branches.

The veins on Su Ying’s forehead jumped. She, Su Ying, had fought so many battles and torn countless zombies to pieces. She didn’t expect to be provoked.

Su Ying comforted the children and stood coldly staring at the ape.

“Bastard, you’re looking for death!”

Su Ying turned around and saw Jiang Yang running over in a hurry.

Su Ying frowned. “What are you doing here?”

“His… Master realized you had not returned for a long time and was worried that something had happened to you, so he asked me to look for you.”

Su Ying placed the two children in his arms. “Protect them. I’m going to take revenge.”

Before she finished speaking, she climbed up a tree and scuttled to the top of the branch in a flash.

Jiang Yang was stunned. Revenge? Who was she seeking revenge from?

When the ape saw Su Ying climb up, it quickly turned around and ran.

“Evil creature, let’s see where you can run to!” Su Ying grabbed a tree branch and threw it at the ape.

The ape couldn’t avoid it this time, and the branch hit its leg.

The ape screamed in pain and ran even faster.

However, its movements slowed due to the injury, and Su Ying caught up in the blink of an eye.

Su Ying grabbed its injured hind leg and hung it upside down. She tied its legs with vines so that it couldn’t run.

The ape that was hung on the branch screamed wildly, but no matter how it struggled, it could not break free from the vine’s restraint.

Su Ying looked at it coldly.

“Evil beast, run! Let’s see where you can run this time.”

The ape’s voice became shrill as if it was begging Su Ying for mercy.

Su Ying laughed coldly. “I can let you go. The records say that you love to store food. Hand over everything you have, and I’ll spare your life.”

The ape squeaked as if it understood Su Ying’s words.

The ape bared its teeth at her, got up, and limped forward.

Su Ying held the vine and walked behind it. After about fifteen minutes, they arrived at a small forest.

When they got closer, she could see many monkeys running around. When they saw Su Ying leading the ape, they stopped and looked at them.

The monkey bared its teeth at her in resentment.

The ape brought her to a cave with many freshly picked wild fruits.

Su Ying released him and used a big leaf to pack the fruits. She carried them and left.

“Squeak, squeak, squeak, squeak, squeak.”

She had walked far away but could still hear the ape’s curses behind her.

Su Ying turned around and glared at him, and the voice disappeared.

The winner became king, and the loser was a bandit. Wasn’t this the law of survival in the animal world?

Su Ying went to the stream and found that Xiao Jin was also there. Jiang Yang was standing by the side, holding the two children.

The four of them heard the commotion and looked at her.

“Mother! It’s mother coming back.” Ling wriggled her little body down from Jiang Yang’s back and ran over to hug Su Ying’s thigh.

Su Ying placed the big bag of fruits on the ground and picked up the two little ones. She gave each of them a kiss.

“What did Madam bring back?”

“Some wild fruits. You can take them back.” Su Ying placed the two children on the horse and tied the fruits with vines. She then threw them on the horse.

“Master, you…” Jiang Yang looked at Xiao Jin, wanting to ask him if he wanted to go back with them.

Xiao Jin glanced at Su Ying. “You return first. I’ll go back with her.”

Jiang Yang nodded and left with the two kids.

After Jiang Yang left with the children, Xiao Jin asked, “Where did you go just now? Who do you want to take revenge from?”

Su Ying removed her clothes as she spoke. “An evil beast.”

As soon as she finished her sentence, she plunged into the water.

The water splashed on Xiao Jin’s face.

Xiao Jin took a deep breath, raised his hand slowly, and wiped the water off his face.

He looked at her dress on the side, and the blue veins on his forehead jumped. This woman…

“Don’t you know that men and women should avoid arousing suspicion?”

Su Ying came out of the water with a big fish in her hand.
