Cheng Qingchong sat as far away as she could from Jin Ze. Her fingers trembled when she heard this sentence, and the glass of hot water she was holding slipped from her palms. The hot water splashed out from the glass, and it scalded her fair skin instantly.

After saying that order, Jin Ze placed the remote he was holding earlier down on the table and grabbed the glass of green tea that Cheng Qingchong had made from the coffee table. Cheng Qingchong forced her lips upward and held the tears that were coming to her eyes in. She took a deep breath and slowly turned around to head toward the main bedroom.

The lights in the room were already off other than the two weak nightlights on the bedside tables.

Jin Ze had already removed his pajamas, and he was only wearing boxer shorts, revealing his stout and muscular body.

Cheng Qingchong's gaze swept the man's figure hurriedly before she lowered her head and took cautious steps toward the bed.

Even though her footsteps were light, Jin Ze still managed to sense her approach with his eyes closed. Jin Ze's eyes fluttered open lazily. He looked at Cheng Qingchong before pointing at a bottle of oil that was left on the bedside table and uttered indolently, "Come give me a massage."

Then, he turned to lie on his front.

Cheng Qingchong had no interaction with Jin Ze, and the bedroom was conspicuously silent.

About half an hour later, Cheng Qingchong got off the bed to soak a towel in some warm water. She twisted it dry and came back to wipe away the residual oil that was left on Jin Ze's body.

Jin Ze seemed to have fallen asleep because he didn't react in any way as Cheng Qingchong fussed over him.
