This husband of hers was a real rascal! Always trying to get a chance to tease her to no end! But she will love him, she will accept as he was. Their marriage might had started as a farce but her feelings for gradually grew as they spent more time to each other.

It had been a long evening and it had thoroughly exhausted her. The twins had been so active throughout the day and she’d been trying to keep up with their energy. She supposed being six-year-old kids had made their lithe bodies tolerate the energy they had to burn in a day.

Now that the two children were sleeping peacefully in their room, she just wanted to have a hot shower and sleep comfortably beside her husband tonight. Deciding that she shouldn’t waste time, Lu Xinyi stood up and left her grinning husband and strode to the bathroom.

“I’ll take a shower,” she said with sparing a look at Shen Yi.

“Do you need some help?”

Can she slap the smug look out of his face? It was irritating.

“No, thanks.”

Lu Xinyi had no idea how long did she stood beneath the shower but she was glad that she was feeling much better once she emerged from it. Checking their walk-in closet for a nightgown, her eyes landed on the box gifted to her by Madam Shen and stared at it for a long time.

Was it the right time to use it for her husband? Not caring much for the nightdress she will use, Lu Xinyi took the box and pulled out the nightdress and the robe from within. It didn’t really matter what she will wear tonight because there was only one possible end for it.

Shen Yi came back to their room after returning his laptop and documents on his study and checking on the twins, eager to join his wife on their bed. He paused in surprised when he saw her sitting at the edge of the bed, her hands clasped over her lap. There was a light blush on her cheeks that made him suspect that there was something she wasn’t telling him.

“Are you okay?” He ran his finger on the side of her face before hooking her chin up.

“Yes,” Her response almost inaudible on his ears. It was then he noticed the nightdress she was wearing. Oh, dear. Would this be another torturous night or will he had her this time?

“Where did you get this?” he asked as his fingers grazed her exposed neck and shoulder making her shiver on his touch.

“From Grammie,” Lu Xinyi flushed a little when he rubbed the fabric of her nightdress. “Do you like it?”

“Very,” Ah, this nightdress was really nice. This could pass as a babymaker dress that could serve the purpose well. His grandmother was seriously desperate to have grandchildren from him and Lu Xinyi and had obviously declared it by gifting his wife a dress like this.

There was a flicker of excitement and lust in Shen Yi’s eyes when he stared at his blushing wife. He moved in closer, his breath warm against her face. Unconsciously, Lu Xinyi licked her lips nervously as she waited for his next actions.

He swung her in his arms before catching her lips with his and plundered her mouth, taking possession of her mouth as if he owned it, as if he had the exclusive rights to have her. Her body melted against his, loving the hardness of his body pressed to hers.

Shen Yi laid her back on the bed and moved to position himself between her legs. His gaze locked with hers and she could feel the intensity of need on his eyes.

“The twin might wake up.” Lu Xinyi warned him but reached up to thread her fingers on his hair. She just couldn’t stop herself touching his locks. Shen Yi chuckled softly as he nuzzled her neck. He’d made sure to check on the twins earlier and was sure there would be no disturbances tonight.

“You’ll just have to be quiet then,” he teased, earning a pinch from his wife.

“Or maybe you could wait until next time?”

“I don’t think I can wait. You’re far too tempting especially with this.” Shen Yi said with a husky voice that sent shivers down her spine.

Lu Xinyi wrapped her arms around him as he leaned over her. Her eyes widened when she felt his hand creep down to her leg to part her thighs so that they were intimately pressed together. Sighing softly, she tilted her head up to accept his kisses, knowing that she had successfully seduced her husband for the first time.
