Chapter 307 – Crimson Armored Wyvern

“I will try.”

Elder Yi was about to depart when a flustered soldier approached Ji Hou Tao.

“Bad news, Devil Domain suddenly attacked us.”

“What! Devil Domain attacked?”

Ji Hou Tao did not expect the Devil Domain would directly assault C City because the two regions were far apart, Ji Hou Tao would have known firsthand the moment Devil Domain had any large scale movements.

However, they have silently arrived! Ji Hou Tao felt fearful.

“Let’s check it.”

A large number of Dark Slimes have gathered outside C City. In front of the Dark Slimes were five creatures emitting terrifying energy.

Standing on top of the Crimson Armored Wyvern was a man in black robes, the large robes have covered the man’s appearance and figure so none was able to see his face clearly.

His evil and peculiar energy caused all C City’s metahumans to avoid looking at him directly.

Only when Ji Hou Tao arrived at the gates did he realized how bad their situation was going to be! The dense group of Dark Slimes has surrounded C City completely. Even the sky was occupied by countless flying-type Dark Slimes.

They were obviously much more powerful, yet they did not launch an attack immediately. This meant that they were open for negotiations.

“Why did you come to C City?”

“I want two persons and will leave immediately if you hand them over.” A hoarse voice came from the black robe.

“Who?”

“Ji Hou Tao and Ji Tian Luo.”

“You… must be joking.”

The large scale Magic Energy Weapons on the city gates have been powered and aimed at the mysterious black robe man on the Crimson Armored Wyvern. When Ji Tian Luo heard the words of the man in black robes, she could not help but ask:

“I am Ji Tian Luo, who are you?”

“Hahahaha, who am I? Do you really not know? Bitch!”

The coarse tone caused Ji Tian Luo’s expression to turn ugly; Jiang Lie was standing beside Ji Tian Luo and could not tolerate someone treating Ji Tian Luo in such a manner. He unsheathed Blazing Ancient Sword and charged towards the man in black robes.

Over the past year, Jiang Lie’s cultivation had reached Early Rank 5, and a small portion of Blazing Ancient Sword’s seal has been further unsealed as well.

When Jiang Lie charged towards the black robe man, the powerful energy from the man in black robe shocked the metahumans standing on the city gate.

The powerful energy blew up the black hood and revealed an extremely ordinary face, but this face felt somewhat familiar to them. 

“Idiot.”

Crimson Armored Wyvern sensed the anger of its master and released a sky shaking roar.

“Not good. Come back!”

Ji Tian Luo sensed that something was not right and wanted to stop Jiang Lie but was too late. The Mid Rank 5 Crimson Armored Wyvern possessed a fighting power equivalent to a High Rank 5 creature.

A crimson fireball condensed within the mouth of the wyvern.

Dragon Flame

Jiang Lie placed Blazing Ancient Sword in front of him to defend against the incoming attack.

The Blazing Ancient Sword managed to block the exploding Dragon Flame, but Jiang Lie still needs to endure the high temperature.

“Time for you to die!”

The man in black robes quickly formed a seal with his hands, and the terrifying energy of death appeared from him.

Undead Magic, Soul Burn.

A gloomy green flame appeared around the black robe man while the Crimson Armored Wyvern’s huge body trembled slightly, as though it had sensed a terrifying thing.

The green flame swapped places with the Dragon Flame. Blazing Ancient Sword could block physical attacks like the Dragon Flame but was unable to block soul attacks unless the sword fully awakens.

“Ah……ah!!!”

Jiang Lie felt his soul being cooked after being struck by the green flames and fell from the sky after being unable to handle the pain. The Dark Slimes used the opportunity and charged towards Jiang Lie.

“Quick, help him!”

Ji Hou Tao immediately shouted.

The High Rank 4 metahuman from before was now Mid Rank 5, he immediately went towards the falling Jiang Lie after Ji Hou Tao’s order.

“High-Rank Beast? Apeman?”

When the Mid Rank 5 metahuman touched Jiang Lie, the gloomy green flame was still active and attacked the metahuman. Sensing a powerful danger, the Mid Rank 5 had no choice but to give up on Jiang Lie. On the other hand, the Undead Juggernaut had arrived and attacked.

A gigantic axe swept forward, the power behind the axe caused the Mid Rank 5’s expression to turn.

Ji Tian Luo had wanted to rescue Jiang Lie, but she saw a black sticky liquid shot out from the man in black robes and wrapped Jiang Lie. Pulling Jiang Lie to in front of him.

Even though he was a Martialist, Jiang Lie had received heavy injuries on the soul level and was unable to retaliate.

“The Blazing Ancient Sword is now no longer yours.”

The man in black robes took away the Blazing Ancient Sword before wrapping Jiang Lie into a black dumpling and tossing him onto Crimson Armored Wyveryn’s back.

“Since you people are unwilling to call the ones I want, I can only do it myself.”

The Dark Slimes launched their assault after the man’s words.

The Mid Rank 5 metahuman wanted to return to protect Ji Hou Tao but was unable to leave because of the Undead Juggernaut.

The Dark Slimes used a chilling attacking method, even though their numbers could easily achieve victory, they would only focus on dealing lethal damage and disregard any attacks they receive.

“I… I remember now. These are Yang Tian’s subordinates.” Ji Tian Luo recognized the Dark Slimes and shouted:

“Did Yang Tian got you to come here?”

Ji Tian Luo’s tones were filled with confusion, she did not know when the Devil Domain and Yang Tian had established an agreement.

“Yang Tian? I am Yang Tian, don’t you remember me, Bitch?”

“No, you might look alike, but you are certainly not him.”

Yang Tian emits just the energy of pure Light while the man emits evil energy. Especially that man’s ordinary-looking face and weed-like hair, with a mouth full of yellow teeth that made people feel disgusted.

“Humph!”

Dark Yang Tian naturally knew that Ji Tian Luo was referring to another Yang Tian, but the hatred he has towards Ji Tian Luo only made him want to torture her as much as he could.

Dark Yang Tian controlled Crimson Armored Wyvern to attack Ji Tian Luo. Ji Tian Luo was only a Peak Rank 4, there was quite a large gap between her and the Mid Rank 5 Crimson Armored Wyvern.

The attacks of Crimson Armored Wyvern forced Ji Tian Luo to continuously retreat, only because she had the Thunderflash Sword that Ji Tian Luo was barely able to hold on!

“Haha! Bitch, I always liked that look of yours when you are running for your life!”

“Run faster, run even faster!!”

“I heard that you are still a virgin? Hahaha, I can enjoy it again.”

The attacks of Crimson Armored Wyvern caused Ji Tian Luo to cut a sorry figure, it could have killed Ji Tian Luo several times but Dark Yang Tian wanted to torture Ji Tian Luo, only by doing so could he feel pleasure. Crimson Armored Wyvern could sense its master’s intentions and deliberately attacked with subtle precision.
