She Really Is Moving Away

The next morning at eleven!

Bai Xiaochun was wearing a pajamas dress as she sat on the couch in the living room of the rental apartment. She was controlling her character, Luban No.7, in a game called Honor of Kings and running back towards the fountain as she shouted loudly for help.

And beside her was Chu Tian wearing a loose pair of shorts. He was controlling his character, Dong Huang Tai Yi, rushing out of the fountains towards Luban No.7.

However, before Chu Tian could reach her in time, Zhao Yun from the opposite team suddenly dashed forward and jumped directly onto Luban No.7, attacking a few times and securing a kill in merely a few seconds.

It was followed closely by the enemy’s Zhang Liang, who used the skill “flicker” to get in and used his ultimate, sucking in Chu Tian’s Dong Huang Tai Yi. Chu Tian’s character was then stabbed by Zhao Yun rapidly and died as well before Zhang Liang’s ultimate was even finished.

Chu Tian could only feel helpless when he saw that.

He had only just revived, he did not even have time to use any of his skills.

Seeing Chu Tian’s bleak expression, Bai Xiaochin let out a laugh with a “pfft” and said, “Hubby, do you think we’re going to lose?”

Chu Tian looked towards Bai Xiaochun and said gloomily, “Darling, be more confident and remove ‘do you think’. Didn’t you say your Luban is pretty good? A KDA of 1-9-0… you’re trolling me, right? You even died seven times in a row.”

Bai Xiaochun chuckled, “I’m pretty good at killing creeps! Didn’t you see how I shoot them so quickly?”

“Er… How about we forget it, darling?” Chu Tian said, “I have a feeling my heart can’t stand it if we continue to duo queue.”

“How can you say that!” Bai Xiaochun jokingly smacked Chu Tian and said, “Am I really that noob? I have one kill too.”

Suddenly, before Chu Tian could reply, they could hear the sound of the door being unlocked, followed by the door being pushed open.

Yang Rong had returned.

Bai Xiaochun was very happy with Yang Rong’s return. She quickly stood up from the couch and said, “Hey, Rongrong, aren’t you supposed to arrive in the evening? It’s only afternoon now.”

“That’s because I missed you.” Yang Rong replied with a laugh, “What are you guys doing? I heard you screaming for help before I even entered the apartment.”

“We’re duo queueing in Honor of Kings.” Bai Xiaochun said, “Chu Tian is too noob, I couldn’t carry him.”

Chu Tian looked at Bai Xiaochun, momentarily speechless, “Darling, are you not embarrassed when you said that?”

Bai Xiaochun laughed and looked towards Yang Rong instead, “Wah, this dress is so pretty! And this new handbag too, they were all bought by your boyfriend, am I right?”

“Who else?” Yang Rong laughed, “I’ll beat him to death if he doesn’t buy me something after not meeting for so long.”

Bai Xianchun then pulled out the Star of Purity from under her top.

Looking at the Star of Purity hanging around Bai Xiaochun’s neck, Yang Rong was momentarily stunned. She then hurriedly put down her things and lifted the pendant up to observe it more closely.

“Oh my god.” Yang Rong was surprised, “T-This is too beautiful! The craftsmanship on this is so delicate as well! Did my tablemate buy this for you?”

“Yeah.” Bai Xiaochun was pleased, “It costs about 1900.”

“Oh my, that must have hurt.” Yang Rong laughed and looked towards Chu Tian before moving her gaze back to Bai Xiaochun, “I can see how my tablemate treasures you.”

“Of course.” Bai Xiaochun responded, “I’m his darling, who else can he treasure if not me?”

“Wow wow wow, just look at how pleased you are with yourself.” Yang Rong smiled, “How blessed, it’s even more expensive than the clothes I’m wearing and the handbag I’m carrying both combined.”

“That’s not the same.” Bai Xiaochin smiled as she put the necklace back into her top, “Your boyfriend pampers you too. Look at how well he treats you, he even bought you clothes and handbags. If it’s someone else, they would have just locked you in a love hotel and you’ll never get  to leave after that.”

Hearing that, Yang Rong let out a “pfft” and began laughing.

“Oh, right.” Yang Rong said, “Tablemate, Xiao-Bai, I’ll be moving out soon, I’m moving back to the dormitory…”

Chu Tian could not help but crease his brows upon hearing that.

Li Sisi guessed it right, Yang Rong was indeed moving back into the dormitory.

Bai Xiaochun blinked her eyes innocently and said, “Moving back to the dormitory? isn't it much more comfortable to stay here? It’s definitely not worse than the dormitory.”

“My boyfriend is jealous.” Yang Rong replied helplessly, “Men, you know how they are. He’s just being petty and is afraid that I’d be targeted by my tablemate.”

“How is that possible?” Bai Xiaochun pouted, “Although this stinky hoodlum is sometimes not well-behaved, you guys are tablemates. Besides, I’ll be here to watch him, there’s no chance for him to target you. I’ll beat him to death if he dares to try.”

“I know.” Yang Rong said, “But my boyfriend feels insecure. To be honest, it’s understandable. If it’s you who’s living under the same roof as another man, I’m sure my tablemate will feel insecure too, right?”

“Well…” Bai Xiaochun blinked her eyes innocently before she answered, “I guess you’re right. Then, are you really going to move back to the dormitory?”

“Yeah.” Yang Rong said, “If I don’t, he’s just going to keep worrying about this and overthink this and that. So, I’ve decided to do it as he pleases and stop torturing him. I’ll be moving today.”

“But,” Bai Xiaochin was reluctant to part, “I still want to live together with you.”

“Then why don’t you move back to the dormitory with me?” Yang Rong laughed.

“Hey.” Chu Tian interrupted, “Tablemate, that’s overstepping the line. It’s one thing for you to move back alone, how can you try kidnapping my darling away as well? That’s being unfair.”

Yang Rong chuckled, “I was only joking, look at you being all anxious. Even if I want to, it’ll still depend on your darling’s decision, isn’t it? Do you think she’ll move out with me?”

“Hmph, no way.” Bai Xiaochun laughed, “Then let’s make some good food together today, you can move back later today. The weather is pretty warm today so make sure to cool down.”

“Yeah, that’s exactly my plan.”
