Manufacturing the Production Equipment

“Huh?” In response to Chu Tian’s sudden question, Li Niannian smiled and replied, “Of course not, I’ve never been in a relationship before.”

“Never?” Chut Tian replied in disbelief, “seriously? Sister Nian, you have a Masters Degree, and are outstandingly beautiful. How's it possible that you’ve never been in a relationship before?”

“I’m not lying.” Li Niannian replied, “And you know about my situation too, my elder sister has been the one providing for my tuition fee for my university, so… You know how it feels right? I owe so much to my sister. The reason why she dropped out of school was so that I could continue my education, so I had to study well. I couldn’t afford to waste my time on getting into a relationship, so I’ve never been in one before”

“Oh!” Chu Tian nodded and said, “I understand what you are worried about. But, there must be people pursuing you, right?”

“Of course there are.” Li Niannian smiled, “I’m not boasting, but I was once the campus belle, there were many guys who pursued me. But I do feel quite regretful now that I think of it. I think a relationship during university is still pretty genuine, but no matter what, a relationship during your university years is definitely more pure. Even if I want those types of genuine and pure love relationships right now, it's impossible. It’s not allowed once we are out here in the society, so I’m quite envious of you. You and your Xiao-Bai’s relationship is genuine, not affected by money. It really does make others envious, I don’t think you can find such a relationship outside of school.”

“Besides, your Xiao-Bai really does love you and is especially clingy towards you. She would cling onto your arm whenever there’s a chance. I was soooo jealous when I saw the both of you so lovey-dovey this morning.”

Hearing Li Niannian’s words, Chu Tian nodded with a smile on his face, “That’s true, Xiao-Bai is clingy and likes to hug my arm. She said it gives her a sense of security.”

“At what stage are you guys at now?” Li Niannian asked, “Have y’all been intimate before?”

“Not yet. We’re only at the kissing stage.”

“Hm, there’s no need to rush.” Li Niannian said, “Girls are different. I reckon it’s the first time for Xiao-Bai. Precisely because it’s her first time, she’ll need to have a lot of courage to take that step. She’ll be willing to give herself to you only if she can be sure that this is for life.”

“I understand.” Chu Tian answered, “Which is why I’m not rushed. I don’t want to scare her away either, so I’m satisfied with our pace now, and our relationship is getting better too.”

“Sigh, I really am envious of youngsters like you guys.” Li Niannian sighed ruefully and continued with a smile, “I see you guys have already kissed. Look at me, I’m already at this age and I have yet to receive my first kiss.”

“That’s easy.” Chu Tian laughed, “I’ll help you.”

“Pfft!” Li Niannian laughed, “You’ll help? Sure, you can do it.”

“Hah, Nian-Jie, what a daredevil.”

“Hahaha.” Li Niannian chuckled, “My sister has already told me. You’re all bark and no bite, I know you wouldn’t dare to actually do it.”

“Who said that? I beg to differ.” Chu Tian responded, “Sisi-Jie doesn’t know me well enough, I’m 100% a do-it-yourselfer. I’ll make sure Sisi-Jie learns of my greatness next time.”

“Hahaha, go ahead. If you have that capability, I’ll treat you to a big meal. My sister is a cunning old fox, definitely not someone whom a normal person could go against, so you are far from her level.”

“I’m sure I’m not that far off.”

At five in the evening!

After a shower at the rented apartment, Bai Xiaochun put on a set of pink pajamas and hopped excitedly into Chu Tian’s bedroom.

Bai Xiaochun hugged Chu Tian, who was sitting in front of his computer, from behind suddenly and said with a smile on her face, “What are you doing, my dear boyfriend?”

Chu Tian looked back and smiled, gave Bai Xiaochun a kiss and said, “Your dear boyfriend is drawing a blueprint.”

The monitor was displaying blueprints of various machinery parts that Chu Tian drew quickly.

This milk tea powder equipment must be manufactured as soon as possible. As long as he had this equipment, the production of milk tea powder would not be a problem. Although he knows the blueprints and the crafts of making the milk tea, he needed another person to make the equipment. After all, equipment such as lathe, milling machine and a numerically-controlled machine tool are needed to process the components needed.

Which was why he had to first create  the blueprints he had in his head before asking someone else to manufacture the equipment he wanted according to his blueprints.

Bai Xiaochun hugged Chu Tian’s neck, pestering him while acting coquettishly, “Whoa, my boyfriend is the best! I didn’t know you knew how to create blueprints! What are these for?”

“…An equipment for mixing and heating.” Chu Tian replied.

“Are you making this for someone else?”

“Yeah, kind of.” Chu Tian replied, “Alright, darling. I’ll accompany you later, go ahead and watch some TV first, I have to finish this as soon as possible.”

“Alright, then. I’ll wait for you, we can go on a date later! Muack!” Bai Xiaochun kissed Chu Tian on the cheek and hopped out to the living room to watch the television.

Chu Tian continued to work at his computer in his room, only stopping at half-past seven at night.

Thank god he had acquired the skill to understand blueprints, or he would never have finished such a big pile of blueprints.

After drawing out all the blueprints for the equipment’s components, Chu Tian once again typed quickly on his keyboard and found a company that specialised in processing various kinds of components for equipment.

After some maneuvering, Chu Tian added the company’s manager as friends directly and sent him a message.

“Manager Zhu, is it convenient for you to have a chat now?”
