“Enough of that. Why have you come to Earth now? Don’t tell me it’s just to play pranks on me,” Thor said, ignoring Loki’s words, and continued his inquiry.

If Thor’s powers had already fully recovered to their former level, he wouldn’t care why Loki had come to Earth. If Loki annoyed him, he could simply give him a beating and send him back. However, now Thor’s powers were far from recovered.
