It was already 10 at night and there were almost no cars on the street nearby. Xia Ning went silent for a while and walked over.

“Thank you…” Before she could finish her words, she was interrupted.

“Get in the car.”

Xia Ning smiled slightly. “It couldn’t be better if President Qiao thinks that way. But your concern seems unnecessary. As far as I know, no outside person knows you had been married before.”

She stepped back slightly and said coldly, “If President Qiao is afraid that your previous marriage would be exposed, the best way is to not contact me anymore in the future.”

Qiao Yu’s face was a bit sulky. He said coldly, “Your negative news seems to be a bit too much lately.”

Xia Ning’s lips moved slightly. “It’s actually not that bad. I’ve found a lawyer.” But he had not arrived yet. And Qiao Yu’s arrival was indeed unexpected.

“You gotta be careful handling this. The public relations people on Li Shanshan’s team are very good.” Zheng Haodong said with a serious face, “I’m guessing tomorrow, the news of you in the police station will be all over the entertainment circle.”
