"There, done, though why go through the trouble of keeping them alive? When we could have just instead killed them so we can avoid any of the subsequent troubles if they're alive?"

After all, that old man had been under pressure since those two families had started backing Jung-jin's side, and with them gone, that old man will owe us a huge favor. Soon, the whirring sound of a helicopter slowly closing in their direction reached their ears.

"Let's go! The "cleaners" are here!" Sun Bin said as she started moving to ascend the stairs.

John Wick followed after him while saying, "Actually, why are we leaving this mess to them to clean up? Aren't our Cleaner Department our go to place if we want to cover up our messes?"

Hearing his words, Sun Bin snorted and replied, "We've always been the one giving lately, if they want to continue our cooperation, then cleaning up tonight's matters is the least they can do. We are not their nanny"

"Anyway, what compensation will you give me now that you've pretty much cut off my entire year of hard work?"

Ascending the stairs, Sun Bin asked, "What do you want?"

Following a couple of steps behind her, John Wick replied with a complaint, "I want a three month paid vacation where I won't be disturbed by any emergency work that suddenly crops up. God, I should really plan on retiring soon!"

"What? You just had your vacation a year ago"

"That's what I'm talking about! I need a vacation, to relax and get away from all of this mess! I'm too old for this shit!"

"You're only 37 years old!" Sun Bin yelled in reply.

John Wick rolled his eyes and snorted, "Pssh! 37 ain't that young anymore!"

Their voices slowly grew softer as they disappeared towards the kitchen, and the chubby man from earlier finally had the courage to poke his head out from his hiding place and scanned his surroundings.

"Are they gone?"

He slowly stood up from his hiding place and looked at the people sprawled on the floor while frowning like he could actually feel their pain.

"Oi fat man, don't even think about leaving, got it!?!"

From out of nowhere, John Wick suddenly popped his head out from the top end corner of the staircase and stared at the trembling chubby man as he yelled at him before disappearing once again.

"I..I'm not fat! I'm just a little fluffy that's all!"

Our fluffy friend was so exasperated at being called fat that he had forgotten his fear and even yelled back in reply, before realizing a second later that he shouldn't have done that and was immediately horrified!

"..."

But there was only silence following that, and the fluffy man immediately sighs in relief, and only now that he realizes that he could even hear his own heart beat.

"Should I listen to him and just stay here to be safe or should I leave?" Mr. Fluffy man mumbled to himself while gazing towards the staircase, his route to freedom.

"Sigh~ so near, yet so far"

In the end, after contemplating for a good minute, he just released another sigh and decided to stay put as he was extremely afraid as he doesn't want to gamble his life against someone who would not hesitate to kill him if the need arises.

"H-help me!"

"Help me up!"

"Though escaping through the special garage entrance is also possible, the problem is I don't even know how and where to operate it. What's worse is that there are still no phone signals! Just how was this man able to call for reinforcements when the signal was clearly being jammed?"

The man kept mumbling to himself while walking around, even ignoring the people on the ground calling for his help until he stopped before the Head of the Security that's lying on the ground, still unconscious.

"Wai! His phone! Everything had been happening so fast earlier that I didn't even realize such an important thing! There might be something different from his phone, which enables it to bypass a signal jammer! I need to find it, quick!"

Realizing something, Mr. Fluffy immediately squatted down before the man and started searching around his body for any signs of his phone, since he clearly saw him using it earlier while they were making their way down here!

"What's going on? How come that there's no phone in sight?"

Confused and a little disappointed that the phone seems to be missing, our fluffy man continued to mumble by himself, even going as far as to prone on the floor to look for it under the vehicles, still hopeful.

"My luck is seriously not going well tonight!"

On the other hand, Sun Bin and John Wick soon exited the mansion full of dead people.

"Sun Bin, catch!"

"Why are you giving me this phone?"

The two had just exited the building when John Wick immediately called for her attention, and in doing so, he threw the phone towards her the moment she turned around to face him, and the latter quickly caught it.

When she saw what it was, she immediately threw a questioning gaze towards John Wick while inquiring what the phone was about.

"I think there's something a little special in it. It's what they used to call that General Lee and ask for his help" replied John Wick while looking around the eerily quiet surrounding.

Sun Bin quickly figured out the special quirk of the phone and said, "Ohh, it seems they made an advancement in their technology that they even have a phone that can bypass our jammers now huh? I even forgot about this thing, good thing you remembered to pick it up"

Whringggg!

And while the two people were chattering by themselves, the military helicopter had finally arrived and had touched down over a spacious area near the mansion.

Followed by a squad of six soldiers who quickly disembarked from the helicopter and immediately assumed defensive positions around the chopper.
