Lou Qingqing was also aware of Chen Hao’s recent situation. Their company ’s funds had a big problem and they were trying to borrow money everywhere, but no one was willing to lend a helping hand. In the end, the Lin family promised to lend the money, but the condition was for Chen Hao to marry Lin Fei.

Everything they once thought that they didn’t mind, when they found that the other person didn’t mind about it in the least, then did they realize that they had always minded it.

But she couldn’t go back.

Chen Hao just watched Lou Qingqing cry quietly, without wanting to ask or comfort. He was so tired that he didn’t care about the life and death of other women.

Both of them were simply losers. Those people have already walked out, but they were still standing in place, and they could only watch their back as they walked further and further away.

The two did not know how long they had been sitting in this bar until Lou Qingqing could not cry any more. She stood up and said, “Chen Hao, goodbye[1].”

”Goodbye.” Chen Hao replied indifferently.

Then, let’s never see each other again.

Leaving that bar, Lou Qingqing walked alone at the night market.

Suddenly, hearing a familiar voice, she glanced back and smiled.

”Sister”

Henceforth, we are just strangers.

[1] Bye in chinese is written as 再见 – which literally means see you again. So next line says ‘not see again’ with reference to that.
