If a Monarch decides to maliciously mess up the mission scenario, then that will warrant a temporary hiatus. But the thing that happened earlier? That was just a chicken who fooled those Travelers! Nothing disastrous happened there! And even if it managed to affect someone, that is not enough to force a temporary hiatus!
