A loud rumbling came from behind, scaring Zhang Che so much his heart nearly jumped out of his throat.

Heavens knew how many terrifying creatures were chasing him right now. Zhang Che knew the nights in the beast worlds were very dangerous, and he had never tried challenging it.

Even though he had moved during nighttime before, he did so in areas where it wasn't dangerous. Even if exotic beasts appeared, they weren't very powerful.

This time was different, however.

The night went by silently. When the endless darkness was instantly washed away and the beast world had turned bright once more, Zhang Che woke up in the cave on time.

He was going to enter that primitive forest again to help Huang Tielan find a suitable beast card armor. Of course, it'd be great to obtain some decent beast cards as well! No one would ever complain about having too much good stuff.

Zhang Che followed the route he had taken yesterday, setting off for the vast primitive land. He was determined to not draw attention today.

As such, he had the Darkfiend Abyssal Dragon try his best to conceal his aura and stick close to the bushes, grass, and any vegetation on the ground, moving forward carefully.

There were not only large amounts of huge ferocious beasts in this area, but poisonous exotic beasts weren't few in number, either. However, the poisonous exotic beasts weren't strong across the board. Due to their fear of the faint icy aura coming from the Darkfiend Abyssal Dragon, they didn't dare to come close and attack. Some of them even fled far away to hide themselves.

The weaker a creature was, the better their instincts and sense of danger was. Zhang Che watched a several-meters-long large centipede with dark golden carapace flash past and quickly burrow into the soil.

Zhang Che couldn't help but lament inside, -What a pity. This type of centipede looks really delicious. If I let Hanming hunt it and remove its carapace, the meat inside is sure to be nice and tender. It should be an incredibly delicious food, whether I roasted it or fried it.-

Zhang Che even thought that if he had enough space in his spatial storage, he could bring some of the wood back to Mercury. They were definitely top-grade materials!

\"Hmm? What's that?\" A comet-like dark red streak of light had flashed past. He quickly followed it with his eyes.

However, the dark red streak was like an illusion, no longer visible.

He ordered the Darkfiend Abyssal Dragon to change direction almost subconsciously, chasing in the direction that streak had gone.

He felt like he had come across something good!
