Chapter 948

Lei Zhengyu screamed from the stage, and his body immediately flashed like thunder before he slammed his opponent fiercely. With this attack, Lei Zhengyu took the upper hand in this fight, immobilising his opponent.

As Lei Zhengyu was ready to finish off his opponent, his opponent immediately shouted. “I surrender! I admit my defeat!” He said fearfully.

The referee immediately stood up and stopped the fight. 

“Now, apologize to my friend!” Lei Zhengyu coldly said as he coughed up a lot of blood. It was the blowback of using the power he displayed earlier. It seemed Lei Zhengyu was really in bad shape as the opponent kept coming, but he couldn’t surrender.

“Why would we do that? You still haven’t fought all of us yet!” another opponent entered the stage, and it was clear that there was a long line behind him. Lei Zhengyu sighed as he couldn’t surrender from the fight while the enemy easily surrendered after being cornered. 

“Come on then! After I beat you all, you will have to admit you are wrong!” Lei Zhengyu coldly said as he stood in the middle of the ring. However, it was clear that he was exhausted and tattered.

“I didn’t expect that brat to be so strong!” some cultivators murmured as they watched Lei Zhengyu’s fight. Even Lei Zhengyu’s opponents themselves were also shocked by Lei Zhengyu’s determination, but they wouldn’t admit defeat! 

“Look for his weakness. There’s no need to finish him off quickly, just take it slow and wear him down even further!” Lei Zhengyu’s enemies shouted with a smirk on their faces. Their cultivation was lower than Lei Zhengyu, and thus they couldn’t easily defeat him. 

Yi Tianyun observed the situation all around and walked towards another Human Race with decent cultivation. “Are you not going to help him?” Yi Tianyun asked the man.

“Help him? we are no match against those people! Even if we somehow defeat them, they will just bring stronger cultivators next time.” The man said with a horrified look on his face. That was also the case with any other cultivator. They shook their head as they didn’t want to be involved with Lei Zhengyu. 

If they helped Lei Zhengyu in any way, they would be dead at the end of the day.

“I feel bad for that guy! We don’t have any chance to save him as the opposing side is much stronger than a minority like us! It is better to leave Heavenly Edict Divine Territory than dying here in those people’s hand.” The man said with a sad look on his face.

These people shook their heads as they knew that as long as there was no influential human in a God Domain, then the Human Race would never see any difference. They would be constantly oppressed by other races. 

“If someone leads you to fight them, will you join that fight?” Yi Tianyun asked curiously.

“I guess not, we just don’t stand a chance!” The man said sadly.

“Yeah, that’s right. We shouldn’t do anything in vain.” Another Human Race cultivator said.

“Little brother, your idea is great, but the reality is cruel!” Another cultivator said while shaking his head. They seemed to have lost hope that the Human Race would rise someday. Yi Tianyun saw despair in their eyes, devoid of hope! 

“No wonder the Human Race is always being oppressed by other races, you guys don’t even have the will to fight at all. If I always choose an easy path, I will end up like you guys!” Yi Tianyun said as he leaped into the stage. 

Yi Tianyun then tapped Lei Zhengyu’s shoulder. Lei Zhengyu immediately turned around and looked over where he saw Yi Tianyun. 

“Little brother Yi!” Lei Zhengyu said happily.

“Change of players!” Yi Tianyun said as he gave medicinal pills to Lei Zhengyu. “Take these pills and recover, I will play with them for a while.” Yi Tianyun said with a smile on his face.

Lei Zhengyu stuffed the medicinal pills into his mouth while smiling. “Alright! I won’t let them drag our dignity through the mud!” Lei Zhengyu said as he stepped away from the stage.

“Who are you? What are you doing here?” a cultivator said from the opposing side. “Do you think you Humans will stand a chance just because you group?” he said coldly.

“Well, I am sure I can, what about it?” Yi Tianyun said indifferently.

Are you sure you will help him out?” the cultivator said scornfully.

“Why do you care?” Yi Tianyun asked indifferently. Yi Tianyun’s indifferent attitude really confused them, and they looked at each other for confirmation. 

“We are just encouraging you to step down so we won’t be labelled as a bully!” the opposite said with a smirk on their face.

“Aren’t you already a bully? Well, it’s faster like this anyway. I will give you a chance to bully me, but I will do the same to you, understand?” Yi Tianyun said cockily. The cultivators who heard Yi Tianyun’s words were in shock after hearing it. This was the first time that a human sounded this cocky! 

The opposing side didn’t seem pleased by Yi Tianyun’s words and was ready to attack him all at once!

“You all don’t have to do anything, I will take care of this one!” A young man suddenly hopped onto the stage, and his cultivation level was similar to Yi Tianyun, which is the 2^nd Layer Earth Monarch level.

Yi Tianyun released so little aura that everyone guessed his cultivation wrong. 

“Well, if you don’t want to be labelled as a bully, why would you still continue this farce? If you want to attack me, I am very much obliged. I will take care of all of you one by one, or at the same time, whichever one is  fine.” Yi Tianyun said casually.

“I know why you all keep bullying a weak Human Race, it is to hide your own incompetence! You hide your inferiority by bullying those who are weaker than you so that you can feel some sort of power and control. Am I right?” Yi Tianyun said with a cocky smirk on his face.

The opposite party was incredibly shocked to hear Yi Tianyun’s words, and they even felt degraded by it. Yi Tianyun had humiliated them, and thus they had to take action!
