Chapter 943

Yi Tianyun suddenly disappeared from his spot, surprising the Heaven Monarch cultivators that looks at him before suddenly reappeared once again at the tower, killing the cultivators with cultivation deviation that have been summoned by Sha Long earlier.

Yi Tianyun surely didn’t want to waste the Exp Cards that he had used earlier. The Heaven Monarch that realized what Yi Tianyun was doing was relieved almost instantly as they realized that Yi Tianyun wouldn’t attack them. 

They were scared that Yi Tianyun would pay them back for their rude and condescending attitude before, but it seemed Yi Tianyun didn’t really care about it. 

In truth, Yi Tianyun wanted to kill these people too as he thought that they would yield a good amount of Exp, but after observing them with his Appraisal Eye, he realised that he would receive some sort of punishment from killing an innocent person. Yi Tianyun realised that he ought to have a good reason for killing people. Otherwise, the system would just give him punishment instead of rewards.

“Now, can you help me destroy this Slaughter God Tower?” Yi Tianyun looked at the Heaven Monarch cultivators indifferently. “Let us join hands together to destroy this tower that already harmed so many people!” Yi Tianyun said solemnly.

The Heaven Monarch cultivators all nodded their head as they agreed with Yi Tianyun. They could no longer tolerate the existence of the Slaughter God Tower that deceived them this whole time! They would never thought that they were being used in a huge conspiracy to resurrect the Slaughter God Divine General!

The Heaven Monarch cultivators then disperse to all corners around the tower to destroy the Slaughter God Tower’s Great Array. Destroying the tower would be difficult, but with this many people, the tower would be destroyed without so much difficulty. 

Yi Tianyun then walked towards Nian Ciyu and saw that Nian Ciyu was staring at him, surprised by what Yi Tianyun just did.

“What’s wrong?” Yi Tianyun asked as he reverted back to normal, putting away the Evil Demon God Suit he equipped earlier. Even though he returned to normal, he still wore the mask that Nian Ciyu gave earlier so that no one would recognize his real identity.

“Are you really an Earth Monarch cultivator?” Nian Ciyu asked.

“Do you want to check my cultivation level closely?” Yi Tianyun said as he motioned for her to check his body. The most accurate way to check one’s cultivation level was to touch their body and feel the energy inside their body.

Nian Ciyu didn’t even hesitate as she held Yi Tianyun’s arm and began exploring Yi TIanyun’s inner energy, but no matter how hard she tried, the inner energy in Yi Tianyun’s body stated that he was only at 3^rd Layer Earth Monarch level!

“You are really at 3^rd Layer Earth Monarch level! My god! But you’re just at the Star Monarch peak a while ago!” Nian Ciyu said with shock on her face, but nevertheless, the rate of Yi Tianyun’s growth itself was extraordinary in itself as she knew that Yi Tianyun was a Star Monarch cultivator before they got here!

“Well, this is a secret!” Yi Tianyun said with a smile on his face.

Nian Ciyu couldn’t believe it! She was overwhelmed by the speed of Yi Tianyun’s growth. Furthermore, Yi Tianyun easily defeated a Heaven Monarch cultivator easily while he was only an Earth Monarch cultivator!

“What power do you have? How could you overpower those Heaven Monarch cultivators? You would win the God Domain’s War of ascension spectacularly with your power!” Nian Ciyu said excitedly.

With the God Domain’s War of Ascension restricted for Heaven Monarch and below, Yi Tianyun would surely dominate as he could easily kill a Heaven Monarch cultivator!

“That’s probably true, but you have to keep this a secret, Elder Nian!” Yi Tianyun said with a smile on his face. It was best to keep something like this a secret so that no one knew about his true strength, and therefore will not worry about his existence. 

Nian Ciyu just nodded her head as she understood what Yi Tianyun was thinking. “But remember! I don’t care how strong your power is, if it hurts your body, you have to stop using it!” Nian Ciyu said solemnly. She knew that some form of cultivation enhancement would have a negative effect on the user’s body and she thought Yi Tianyun was using something of that nature!

A seemingly genius cultivator might have a dark secret. 

Using something like an accelerated cultivation technique could destroy a cultivator cultivation if it were not taken seriously. 

Nian Ciyu feared that Yi Tianyun could be this type of cultivator that were overconfident about his own way of cultivation without thinking about the impact it would bring to his body. 

“I understand what you are saying, Elder Nian! Please, trust me!” Yi Tianyun said without explaining much. 

Yi Tianyun and Nian Ciyu turned their attention back to the Slaughter God Tower. They noticed that the murderous aura in the tower has gradually dissipated. It would be easy to damage the tower right now as it already lost so much of its protection. 

Yi Tianyun then began to look for the Array Core to destroy it completely.

“Are you a God Rune Master too?” Nian Ciyu asked as she saw Yi Tianyun walked towards the Array Core. 

“Yes. My cultivation is mainly pointed towards a God Rune Master, is there a problem? Elder Nian, aren’t you also a God Rune Master?” Yi Tianyun said with a smile on his face.

“That is true!” Nian Ciyu said with a complicated look on her face. She was indeed a God Rune Master, but she was still at 1^st Grade God Rune Master and she knew that the tower wasn’t vulnerable at all!

But if Yi Tianyun was truly able to break the Array Core, she had to admit that she had lost to an Earth Monarch!
