Chapter 940

Yi Tianyun leisurely waited for Divine General Sha Long to attack as he was too lazy to rush towards them. After all, he still had to protect Nian Ciyu on his side and he didn’t want to even give the enemy slightest chance of using a cheap trick like taking Nian Ciyu as a hostage or something similar. 

“Can you see the surrounding area we are in now?” Nian Ciyu asked curiously.

“I can, but I can’t see the whole area!” Yi Tianyun said casually. Nian Ciyu was relieved, she didn’t know how Yi Tianyun could become so strong, but she knew that she didn’t have to worry about their safety any longer. With Yi Tianyun’s sensory ability that could detect the enemy that was hiding inside the murderous aura, that eliminated the chance of surprise attack from the enemy.

But Nian Ciyu also felt ashamed of herself as she couldn’t be the one that protected them from the enemy! She gnashed her teeth as she thought that Yi Tianyun might rely on her more if only she was a little bit stronger.

Suddenly, the Murderous Aura started to spin quickly and disperse. He immediately focused his attention towards the thick murderous aura and saw three huge Phantom Shadows rushing behind the Murderous Aura. It was a Giant Eagle, a Giant Rock Golem, and A Giant Python! This Phantom Shadow was made by the Heaven Monarch cultivator on the side as they no longer wanted to stay inside the Murderous Aura any longer!

It was clear that the Divine Generals had no intention to hide their aura anymore. Divine General Sha Long and Divine General Sha Feng themselves ceased on hiding inside the Murderous Aura and instead focused their energy on the offensive! 

“Well, I thought that I would be the only one who would deal with these people!” Yi Tianyun said as he smirked at the desperate enemy. The Heaven Monarch on the side didn’t want to reveal their identity earlier, and they barely did anything to defeat the Divine Generals, but it seemed they wanted to do something now. 

The Murderous Aura couldn’t cover the phantom shadows as they stirred the air around them and creating a vortex where the Murderous Aura couldn’t got close. They had to do this as they didn’t want their disciple to fall into Cultivation Deviation. 

“I didn’t expect to encounter the Three God Domain Races here, but it doesn’t matter! The situation require us to make a move!” Nian Ciyu said as the Heaven Monarch started to reveal themselves. One of them was at 7^th Layer Heaven Monarch cultivation, a lot stronger than General Sha Long!

But it wasn’t something that Yi Tianyun wanted! He wanted to kill these two remaining Divine General by himself as he wanted the Exp! He knew that these two remaining Divine General were the strongest out of all the Divine Generals! 

Furthermore, it was profitable to kill them even if he didn’t get the Exp! the Divine General gave a lot of Rebirth Level Treasures upon their death and it was worth his time to get such a high-grade treasure! 

Divine General Sha Long frowned as now they were heavily outnumbered! Now that the Heaven Monarch cultivators on the other side has showed their true identity, he could no longer do as he pleased! 

“Well, it seems I have to use my ace card now! Even if it was such a waste of energy to use it right now, at least you all will die!” Divine General Sha Long said coldly as he put his hands on the ground and lines made of blood quickly spreaded all around the Slaughter God Tower! 

Everyone could feel something ominous from Sha Long’s technique, and thus the Heaven Monarch cultivators quickly rushed towards Sha Long to stop him. 

“Kill those two! Don’t let them do as they please!” The Heaven Monarch cultivator shouted.

But Divine General Sha Feng didn’t have any intention to let them stop Divine General Sha Long! He pulled out a giant sword and immediately swung it, preventing anyone from getting any closer to Divine General Sha Long. 

The Heaven Monarch cultivators attacked Divine General Sha Feng, but their attacks couldn’t heavily injure him as it seems Divine General Sha Feng’s defensive capabilities was quite high. However, it was clear that Divine General Sha Feng was being pushed back!

It was still very surprising that Divine General Sha Feng could hold back three Heaven Monarch cultivators at the same time even though his cultivation was much lower than these Heaven Monarch cultivators! This was the blessing of Slaughter God Tower! The Murderous Aura also strengthened them further, increasing their combat capabilities! 

Divine General Sha Long was still focused on controlling the bloody marks that seemed to be directly connected with the tower! The Slaughter God Tower began to shake and it seemed something bad would emerge soon enough from the bloody marks that Divine General Sha Long created. 

But a figure flashed over and knocked Divine General Sha Long over, preventing him from finishing his technique. The Slaughter God Tower shook once again before stopping and the Murderous Aura also stopped oozing from the ground.

”I don’t know what you are about to do, but it’s definitely not a good thing!” Yi Tianyun said as he brandished his Sky Dawn Divine Spear on Divine General Sha Long’s neck. Yi Tianyun didn’t watch the situation unfold from afar, but he had calculated what he had to do next without alarming the Heaven Monarch cultivators on his side.

Yi Tianyun couldn’t let Divine General Sha Long finish what he was about to do as Yi Tianyun wasn’t sure he could deal with it later. Yi Tianyun wasn’t as strong as he wanted just yet, and so he ought to avoid unnecessary fight. 

Divine General Sha Long glared at Yi Tianyun and slammed his feet before getting away from Yi Tianyun. The ground shook and numerous zombie with red eyes emerged from the ground! These zombies were the cultivators that died inside the Slaughter God Great Array! Their cultivation wasn’t high, but there was too many of them.

“Play with them! Stop bothering me!” Divine General Sha Long shouted before he disappeared into the Murderous Aura once again.

Yi Tianyun smirked as he just saw these zombies as an Exp bag! Divine General Sha Long wasn’t distracting Yi Tianyun, but giving him a big gift instead!

“I am here too!” Nian Ciyu shouted before smashing the zombies with her whip! Yi Tianyun looked at her and just sighed as he couldn’t stop Nian Ciyu even if he wanted to anyway.

“I will help you kill these parasites!” Nian Ciyu said solemnly as she looked at Yi Tianyun. 

Yi Tianyun didn’t know how to answer to Nian Ciyu’s word, so he just nodded his head and let Nian Ciyu do whatever she wanted.
