Chapter 20: I Need to Bathe Him Again

Fu Sichen only let go of the cat after arriving in the hospital.

He didn’t forget to shut the door just in case the cat decided to run away again.

The room was top of the line; there was even a bathtub in the bathroom.

Pei Zhen had racked his brain throughout the entire trip, but he still couldn’t think of a good escape plan. Then, to his horror, he saw Fu Sichen lifting up his human body.

What on earth…!

Pei Zhen’s cat eyes widened, staring in horror at Fu Sichen carrying his limp body into the bathroom.

Fu Sichen started running a warm bath. Then, he easily removed the hospital pajamas from Pei Zhen’s human body in one fluid motion.

“Hey!” Pei Zhen the cat went nuts. He dashed into the bathroom. “Let go of my body! You horrible pervert!”

Fu Sichen had already finished removing Pei Zhen’s shirt. Right when he was about to take off Pei Zhen’s pants, the white Persian cat sprang forward like a bolt of lightning. He was so fast that he ended up crashing into Fu Sichen’s thighs. The force was so great that it almost knocked the cat over.

“What are you doing?” Fu Sichen looked at the cat with narrowed eyes before raising his eyebrows with a look of sudden realization.

He immediately took off Pei Zhen’s pants before gently placing his body into the warm bath. Then, he turned, picked up the cat, and threw him out of the bathroom.

“It’s not your turn yet. You have to wait your turn.”

He slammed the bathroom door shut while he said this, completely cutting off the cat’s line of sight.

“Damn it!!” Pei Zhen the cat swore.

That’s me in the bathroom! Me!

Pei Zhen could hear the sound of running water coming from inside the bathroom. The thought of being bathed by his sworn enemy was enough to push Pei Zhen into insanity.

What the freaking hell is going on?!

They were obviously enemies. Why would Fu Sichen do this for him?

After analyzing the situation, Pei Zhen couldn’t help but remember Fu Sichen’s computer password and wallpaper. Thinking of his exquisitely good looks, he felt a growing sense of horror.

The more Pei Zhen thought about it, the more he panicked. He raised his paws and pounded on the bathroom door while meowing nonstop. He hoped that the noise would make Fu Sichen open the door.

He took two steps backward, drew in a deep breath, sucked in his stomach, and barged towards the bathroom door with a great leap. He stretched his paws out to press down on the door knob.

Then… all he could feel was empty space.

The bathroom door had suddenly been swung open.

Fu Sichen stood at the doorway carrying Pei Zhen’s human body in his arms; his face was expressionless.

Pei Zhen the cat crashed into Fu Sichen’s chest mid-leap, before falling down to rest on Pei Zhen the human.

He was stunned silly.

Fu Sichen looked down at the cat.

Fu Sichen was carrying Pei Zhen’s body in both of his arms; he didn’t have a lot of time to pay attention to what the cat was doing. But, after he noticed that the cat had landed onto Pei Zhen’s body, he knitted his sword-like brows and muttered under his breath.

“I need to bathe him again.”

When it came to things like this, Fu Sichen seemed to be quite patient. He turned around and headed back towards the bathtub with both cat and man in his arms.

Pei Zhen was like a deer caught in headlights.

When Fu Sichen removed Pei Zhen the cat from Pei Zhen the human’s body, Pei Zhen the cat could only obediently stand to one side. He was at a total loss. How did he end up getting taken advantage of again? This was what he had been trying to prevent from happening in the first place!

For men, taking a bath wasn’t very troublesome; all it took was a quick rinse. By now, the cat had lost all desire to protest. With mixed emotions, he watched as Fu Sichen bathed his human body before easily lifting the body to rest in his arms. Fu Sichen had even helped him put on his underwear.

The cat covered his face. Everything was over now. Even if he had the chance to become a human again, and start his life over, he would never be able to face Fu Sichen again.

His ego had been completely shattered!
