Chapter 168: Finding Trouble

"What? Are you certain?"

"Yes, Miss. I have just received news from Beijing. Other than that, the news is pretty wild all over the media... Ms. Jing is indeed visiting Su Islands with your cousin, Mr. Su." The little assistant replied immediately being aware of the short temper of the Miss she served.

Hearing her words, Su Lanfan laughed. "Isn't it an opportunity sent by heavens?" Her eyes glinted with evil intent.

The assistant froze. "Miss... I also received a call from HouseMaster. He strictly prohibited you from finding trouble with Ms. Jing Nad Mr. Su..." She meekly said, scared to her core. Her Miss short temper was notorious among all her servants.

To say something against her wishes, it took all the courage the assistant could gather.

By the time, they had arrived it was already nightfall.

Since the Villa had its reputation, the food served here was naturally top quality, from all varieties all over the world.

Jing Lihua immediately recognized the voice. She turned slightly and saw Su Lanfan.

Jing Lihua was aware of Su Lanfan personality from her last life. She was a vengeful person. Since Jing Lihua association with 'Li' family was public knowledge now, she knew that Su Lanfan wasn't stupid enough to not know why all the companies immediately denied her contracts.

Jing Lihua scoffed lightly before returning to her dinner.

Without waiting for her response, Jing Lihua left for the reception. Getting at the reception table, she asked for the room they prepared for her.

However, Su Lanfan wasn't done. She immediately followed Jing Lihua. "What is it Cousin-in-law?" Su Lanfan triumphant laugh was heard from Jing Lihua back. "You ran from that place? Are you scared I would expose the truth in front of everyone?"

Jing Lihua's eyes were blank. She didn't respond.

The reception lady looked up nervously.

"Miss, here's your key." She handed over a gold card to Jing Lihua.

"Thank You."

Saying so, Jing Lihua wanted to get to her room and retire for the night. The day had been too tiring. However, Su Lanfan was not yet ready to let her off.

She directly walked forward and blocked her path.

At once, her green eyes darkened a few shades, The indifference in the vastness of her eyes was replaced with sheer coldness. "Do you know the kind of people I hate the most?" Jing Lihua took a step forward, intimidating Su Lanfan to step back. "These are the tyes that never learn."
