Chapter 111 - Sweet torture

"Give me five minutes. Let me do whatever I want to you. If you make a noise, you lose. If you stay put and silent, I lose. Simple as it is."

"Five minutes?" Jing Lihua pondered over his words. "Wait. What do you mean whatever you want to do? This is not right. I refuse." Jing Lihua didn't like the ambiguity in his words. 'Whatever' could mean a huge list of things. She struggled a little but he didn't let her lose. Dammit! Why was he still better than her after years of training she had in her last life? He had tackled her in a way she had no opening to attack!

"I won't go overboard." Li Zhiqiang understood her qualms.

Jing Lihua ceased to struggle. "If I win you let me go?" There was no other way out anyway. He was a 'Devil'. She had to play by his rules.

"Why not?." He said after a silence. "If then, you would want me to let you go that is."

"What do I get if you lose?" She questioned.

"The losing one would do a thing for the winning one." Li Zhiqiang happily said. "Whatever the other one says."

For a moment, Jing Lihua felt ridiculous for agreeing to play such a childish game. But she couldn't deny there was a little part of her that was excited. And of course, she wanted to see him lose. "Wait. This is wrong. This reminds me of something that happened back some time ago. Right, I lose the bet and you made me kiss you" Jing Lihua could see herself slipping into his trap once again. Yet, she couldn't do anything to stop it.

"Don't worry. This time I won't ask for a simple kiss."

Jing Lihua. "..." Was that supposed to console her?

"Don't make that face. Haven't I warned you before? It really makes me want to kiss you." Li Zhiqiang thoughtfully told her. What if he accidentally lost it and kissed her? li Zhiqiang silently shook his head. His Jing Lihua was so careless.

Jing Lihua. "..."

"You really want another kiss?" He warned again.

"I'll play. If I win, you better watch your back. I won't be merciful." Jing Lihua suddenly said. She had had enough of him. She had already thought out a great plan for revenge. "Now let me go."

"I never said that I would let you go during our 'little' game." Li Zhiqiang tsked.

"What do you mean? What are you going to do? You!" Li Zhiqiang shushed her by placing a finger over her lips. Jing Lihua saw him taking out his phone from his other hand and setting a timer.

"Just as I click, the countdown will start. You know the rules. They are simple. If you persist these five minutes, I lose. If you make a single sound, you lose."

Jing Lihua wanted to object but he had his finger over her lips effectively silencing her. Her eyebrows furrowed in dissatisfaction and protest to which he merely chuckled. But he didn't allow her to speak. It was too late anyway.

When the timer started Jing Lihua expected him to pounce at her immediately like a hungry lion. She steeled her heart and was determined not to fall for his temptation; expecting him to come at her any moment. But...

He didn't.

He didn't even move.

All he did was to stay still and stare into her eyes silently. Jing Lihua was utterly confused. Was this it? Was this going to be this easy? Jing Lihua remembered he said that he wouldn't go overboard. But she hadn't expected him to be turned to be such a gentleman. She almost praised him in her heart. Almost.

But her wishful thinking was, however, short-lived.

Because the next moment, he grabbed out something black and before Jing Lihua realized it, she was blindfolded. And the little bit of dim light in the late night was also stolen.

Bastard!

"Why do you look so surprised? I never said I was going to go easy on you." She heard him whisper in a low voice. It was difficult to tell how close he was to her. But she could feel his breaths not far from her. He was close.

Jing Lihua couldn't see his expressions. But she was sure he must be having a very smug look on his face. A face Jing Lihua was so happy not to look at. It would only anger her. How did he even have a blindfold with him right now, this late at night? Did he bring it with him? Did he bring it with him on purpose?

Holy Mother! Did that mean she fell into his previously well-planned, thought out scheme?

Jing Lihua wanted to cry now. But she had no tears.

She shivered when she felt his fingertips touching her neck. She let out a soft sigh but didn't make any noise. This was too bad. Her neck was too sensitive. His fingers glided down her neck slowly, torturing her with the deliberate touch.

"You are good. No sound yet. I had expected you would have given up already." She heard him chuckle.

She had absolutely no idea how close he was. She kept feeling he was getting closer and closer to her. The feelings wouldn't go away. it kept her on edge. But the funny thing was, his face never touched her. What was that? Was that the dilemma imparted by being deprived of her sense of vision?

Damn it! He was such a damn manipulator! How did he know all those psychological tricks? Was he really a normal human? Jing Lihua's judgment told her he wasn't. How could someone possibly know so many things?

"You are getting carried away."

Jing Lihua was stunned when she heard his husky voice less than an inch away from her ear. W-When did he get here?

Her arms were still pinned above her head by him. She couldn't move. Couldn't do more than a wiggle.

The next moment when she felt a hot breath hitting her collarbone, she cried tears of blood. He was clearly approaching her. This time, for real. When would this torture end?

But it was just the start.
