Chapter 249 - Babe Is Angry. An Unusual Way Of Coaxing.

Qin Shu had not noticed the man earlier when she glanced through the room because the curtains were half-drawn and the lights on the balcony were off. Furthermore, the man was wearing a black suit.

She dried her hair as she walked over. She opened the glass door with her hands and a faint smell of tobacco greeted her.

Fu Tingyu stopped smoking. He knew that she was here and that she didn't like the smell of tobacco. He subconsciously put out the cigarette in his hand with his fingertips and threw it into the trash can.

After he said that, he laughed softly. The corners of his mouth twitched with a hint of self-mockery.

On the way to the exam venue

Qin Shu sat in the back seat of the car. She looked out of the window and refused to look at Fu Tingyu who was leaning against her.

Fu Tingyu's slender fingers grabbed the girl's smooth chin and made her face him. He lowered his eyes and looked at her. "Babe, I was wrong. Don't be angry anymore."

Qin Shu glared at him. Because ye Luo was sitting in front, she could only lower her voice. "Weren't you very righteous last night?"

The car suddenly stopped.

Qin Shu glanced outside the car. There were many parents of exam takers gathered at the entrance of the examination venue. They all had worried and anxious expressions on their faces.
