Chapter 146: Stubborn

Because of the injury on his face, Fu Xing had not been home for a few days. He was annoyed that Fu Kun was bossing him around. Fu Xing had been living in his own apartment for the past few days!

His mother had not caught him for so long, so how could she let him go!

When Fu Xing opened the door, he saw the woman sitting on the sofa. He sighed helplessly, “Can you tell me if you are coming?” He thought that he had to change the password later!

“What? I can’t come to your place!? Tell me, how long has it been since you’ve gone back?” The woman’s face was very ugly. “What are you busy with?”

Fu Xing’s back was facing her. He didn’t want to say anything, but the woman saw the injury on his face at a glance and asked, “What happened to your face? Did you fight with someone else?”

Fu Xing was helpless. He had never felt that his mother was so difficult to communicate with. He sighed and said, “If you have something to say, just say it! In any case, you don’t visit Three Treasures Palace for no reason!”

The woman looked at her scoundrel son. She had arranged such a good job and marriage for him, but he didn’t accept it. In the end, he ended up in such a situation with nothing to gain. It was simply infuriating!

After calming herself down, she said, “The Si family is going to hold a memorial service for Gao Ping the day after tomorrow. You should go over and go through the formalities!”

Fu Xing looked at her mother, his head aching. “Is that child really that important? You don’t care who gave birth to it! And it doesn’t matter how bad this person’s character is?” His tone was filled with doubt, but his tone was full of mockery!
