Chapter 139: Su Qian’s Desertion

Zhang Xiao Qiang carefully brought Yuan Yi out from the driver’s compartment, both of them staggering towards the huge gates. Chen Yi also clutched his chest as he slowly got to his feet. It seemed that his injuries weren’t that serious, it might have been he was faking it. Vulture and 7 or 8 other men also appeared out of nowhere, together with that snake-waist woman. Vulture and the men looked at the D2 with some lingering fear, before looking at Zhang Xiao Qiang. Then he realized that Zhang Xiao Qiang was also barely holding himself together, supporting Yuan Yi as both of them walked. His condition didn’t seem to be good, and he looked extremely weak.

“Tatata…” The rifle fired, pumping bullets into Chen Yi’s body. He slumped to the floor in a pool of blood, his body still twitching from the firing that had not stopped, until the magazine of 30 bullets ran out.

“Pa-ta…” The empty magazine fell to the ground, “Ka-cha…” And a new magazine was reloaded. Su Qian then turned to aim at Vulture and the rest, who raised their hands. Other than Vulture, the rest were trembling. Even the snake-waist woman had crouched down with her hands over her heads, not daring to look.

Su Qian slowly backed away, till she reached the Hummer. She turned to face Zhang Xiao Qiang: “Master, this is the last time I’m calling you as such. I’m going. I don’t want to rely on men any longer. Don’t come and find me, you will not find me. I’m taking the car and gun. Thank you for taking care of me.” After that, she got into the car.

“Wait…” He opened his mouth, his right hand gripping his 3-point dart, as long as she did not stop he would kill her.

She did not start the vehicle instantly, instead, looking at him.

“Give me my things!!!” He made the decision to part on amicable terms, in the first place, he didn’t hold her in high regard. Since she wanted to leave, having the car and guns were fine by him. He had over a hundred of them anyway. As for car? Would there be a shortage of that?

His backpack, Yang Ke’er’s treasure pouch, Yuan Yi’s, Yang Ke’er’s and his weapons were all flung out of the vehicle. When he saw his bag and Beast Horn Spear, his heart relaxed. The Hummer drove away, and Zhang Xiao Qiang looked to Shangguan Qiao Yun who was supporting Yang Ke’er: “Why didn’t you follow her?”
