"Listen, Erwin, if you want to learn magic, you must train hard for it"

Ilya, Erwin, and Yuika went to the backyard to do some magic training, Ilya closed the store early today, the store was so crowded and everything is just sold out, a lot of customers coming, traders, adventurers, travelers and people from the neighborhood are also coming.

- Rumors sure are spreading so fast huh

Ilya opens the door and goes to the backyard, she turns her attention towards Erwin, the 'desired to knowledge' expression written all over his face, he's so excited right now to learn magic.

They sit at the bench behind the house, Ilya's trying to find what materials to use and what to teach first to the kids.

Erwin and Yuika seem to be excited about it, they are waiting for Ilya who is still busy with the book, trying to find what to teach to these kids and of course, the most excited one is Erwin, Yuika is just sticking along with Erwin.

"All right, Erwin we should teach you how to control mana power first"

Ilya closes her book and stands up, Erwin's so pumped up to learn magic now, Yuika's still getting along with everything Erwin does.

"Listen, Erwin, Magic is about controlling mana and be accepted by mana itself. To control mana you have to use soul power, everyone has their limit of soul power, magic is dangerous Erwin, you sure still wanted to learn it?"

Ilya kinda worried to teach Erwin how to use magic, she knew that magic is really dangerous, magicians use soul power to cast a magic and soul power has its own limit of how much mana it can control, how strong it can control and if anybody ever tried to surpass its limit to extend, they might die or lose their soul power because mana will eat them.

Ilya first taught them the basics of magic how it works.

"Don't worry, magic isn't that dangerous if you use it safely and as long as your soul power can handle it, but don't be reckless and harm yourself"

Erwin's so excited and it seems that he is still on the high spirit, he really paid close attention to everything his big sister explain and remember it.

"Now try to concentrate to feel your soul power, see if you have any talent to use magic or not, we can train your soul power later to make it stronger, sit down here, and feel the mana around you, concentrate it to your soul core"

Erwin sits on the grass bit far from his big sister and starts to meditate, he's trying to calm his soul and body to feel the mana.

"Yuika-chan, you don't want to join?"

Ilya whispers to Yuika when she notices that Yuika is sitting next to her instead of joining Erwin on training.

Yuika just shook her head and whispered back to Ilya.

"I just wanted to see Erwin doing his best to learn magic"

They both just smiled at each other, Ilya turns the page of the book she held to find what should they do next in the training.

Suddenly Ilya and Yuika feel a cold breeze touching their skins, Ilya got shocked and stood up, feel an overwhelming magic power flowing near Erwin.

"Ilya-nee..."

Yuika feels terrified, she doesn't know what is going on, she held Ilya's hand and hug her leg.

- This is... I knew he has a talent, but this much is...

Erwin opens his eyes and looks confused because Ilya and Yuika seem startled by something.

"Big sis, Yuika, you guys all right?"

Erwin waves his hand to make sure everyone is all right because he saw Yuika looks terrified.

Erwin walks closer to the girls, he's still confused about what is happening to Yuika, why she looks terrified? Erwin looks around in confusion, he thinks some bugs might have frightened her.

"It's all right Erwin, you are doing good, don't worry, should we jump to magic chanting now?"

Ilya tries to change the mood and open the book to find the material about magic chanting and teach it to Erwin and Erwin is so excited to wait for the next magic course he will get from his sister.

"How about we find out your element first, let's try this water ball magic first"

Ilya walks towards the tree at their backyard, she's looking for some planks to be used as a target for practicing.

"You have to chant your magic, call the elements name and control the mana to draw a magic circle for you, how fast you can draw the magic circle depend on how strong is your soul power"

Ilya read down everything from the book to make sure nothing she taught is wrong, she gives Erwin the steps to chant the magic.

"Here I will show it first, watch"

Ilya steps forward a bit and take a position and chant her magic.

"Oh fire spirit who light this world, Gift me your blessing, burn down my enemy, [ Fire Magic, Fireball ] "

Magic circles appear in front of Ilya's palm and a fireball comes out from it, she shoots it away, and it disappears after reaching such distance.

"Maybe like that, just focus on the mana control"

Erwin's eyes are sparkling after seeing his big sister use the fireball magic, he's so excited to try it himself.
