Chapter 266: Are You Convinced

Qin Sheng stood up from the swivel chair. She glanced at Yu Bei and said with a smile, “Yu Bei, are you convinced?”

Yu Bei nodded frantically. “I’m convinced.”

Did he dare to be unconvinced?

Qin Sheng smiled. “Alright, you can stay in the company at ease. You’re quite capable. I won’t mistreat you with regards to your salary.”

It was rare to have talents. Yu Bei was usually a bit of an oddball, but he was also a person of good character. Qin Sheng was very satisfied with Yu Bei.

Qin Sheng did not linger in Yu Bei’s office and left.

Yu Bei looked at Qin Sheng’s back as she left. His face was flushed red and he was embarrassed.

It seemed that Qin Sheng knew that he was going to make things difficult for her and wanted to vent her anger properly.

On the other side, Qin Sheng had just come out of Yu Bei’s office when she met Hong Yuan’s somewhat fawning smile.

“Boss.”

Hong Yuan was still holding a stack of documents in his hands.

She returned to her office. Although Qin Sheng was a hands-off manager and rarely came to the company, Hong Yuan still prepared an office for her.

Hong Yuan was delighted. He was afraid that Qin Sheng would go back on her word, so he quickly gave the documents to Qin Sheng.

Then, he found an excuse to leave.

Two hours had passed by the time she finished processing all the documents.

He went to Qin Sheng’s office but did not see her.

“Are you here to look for Boss?” Hong Yuan asked.

“Yes.” Yu Bei nodded. He looked inside and asked, “Where is she?”

“She went back.”

Yu Bei almost spat out a mouthful of blood. “She, she went back?”

The two of them looked at each other. They could see the resentment in each other’s eyes.

With such a boss, what could they do?

The other party was more capable than them, so they could only accept it.

Fu Hanchuan woke up. He pulled open the curtains and frowned as he looked at the heavy rain outside.

In his dream, she seemed to be afraid of lightning.

Fu Hanchuan frowned. He picked up the spare key and rushed to Qin Sheng’s room.

Qin Sheng and his bedroom were next to each other. Fu Hanchuan soon arrived at the door of Qin Sheng’s room.
