This room was fully soundproof and no one outside could hear the pigeon at all. Qiao Mei smiled and said, "Save your strength. Only I can hear you. If you make any more noise and my family members catch hold you and stew you, don't blame me~"

The pigeon shut its mouth obediently and leaned against the far edge of the cage. This was the furthest it could get from Qiao Mei.
