Shen Yan and Fu Hang came out of the private room. However, they did not have the mood to stroll around anymore and wanted to return to the city together.

Shen Yan thought of Xie Ran’s hostility towards Fu Hang just now. When she got into the car, she sat in the passenger seat and lowered her head to fasten her seatbelt. She pretended to ask casually, “Do you know Young Master Xie?”

When Fu Hang heard Shen Yan say this, he tilted his head to look at her. Thinking of what happened at Old Madam Li’s birthday party, the corners of his lips curled up slightly. He asked softly, “You’re concerned about me?”

Shen Yan withdrew her gaze indifferently and tilted her head to look out of the window. She couldn’t be bothered with Fu Hang.

“It’s just that we had a collaboration in the past.” Fu Hang thought of how Xie Ran had tried to curry favor with him in the past. Now, Xie Ran was using every possible means to belittle him.

Fu Hang naturally understood that Xie Ran’s attitude toward him had changed because of the change in his identity.

When Shen Yan heard what Fu Hang said, she tilted her head to look at him and said, “It seems that the collaboration between the two of you was not pleasant!”

“It didn’t go well indeed.”

Shen Yan didn’t ask further and continued, “The strength of the Xie family is not to be underestimated. It seems that you have to be careful.”

Fu Hang looked at Shen Yan unblinkingly. He thought of how Shen Yan had protected him when Xie Ran had mocked him just now. A faint smile flashed in his eyes as he said, “I’m not worried at all with you around.”

“I didn’t say I was going to protect you.” Shen Yan pursed her lips slightly and said unhappily, “It’s getting late. Let’s go!”

Suddenly, Shen Yan’s phone received a message from Chen Nian.

“Yanyan, it’s almost the new year. Are you going to bring Fu Hang home this year?”

Shen Yan frowned slightly. Chen Nian had been acting too busy body recently. She had tricked her into coming over to Fu Hang this morning, and now she was even asking about her bringing him home for the New Year.

Shen Yan tilted her head to look at Fu Hang. Seeing him nod, she smiled at Xie ran and said, “Go ahead.”

Fu Hang got out of the car, and snow fell on his body. He was too lazy to open the umbrella and walked toward Xie Ran with an indifferent expression.

The two of them walked to the side and Xie Ran took the initiative to open the umbrella for Fu Hang.

Shen Yan sat in the passenger seat and naturally saw Xie ran’s actions. For a moment, she seemed to understand why Xie Ran was upset with Fu Hang just now.

It turned out that Xie Ran likes Fu Hang!
